Associates were wonderful but the loading guys very awful.

People very helpful, store clean.

I FOUND WHAT I WANTED, I DIDNOT NEED ASSISTANCE, THE STORE WAS CLEAN,NO BOXES ON THE FLOOR, THE ASSOCIATES WERE FRIENDLY AND THE CHECK OUT CASHIER WAS WERE FRIENDLY.

I LIVE IN WINTER HAVEN, NEAR THE WINTER HAVEN BRANCH, BUT MY STORE IS LOCATED IN LAKE WALES. THEY HAVE THE BEST HAND PICK WORKERS THERE. THEY ARE FRIENDLY THEY KNOW THERE STUFF, I WOULD NOT CHANGE SHOPPING THERE AT THE LAKE WALES BRANCH.. PEOPLE LIKE SUSAN, HARRY, BRYAN, TEE. THERE ARE MORE BUT I DO NOT REMEMBER THEIR NAMES. I HAVE AND WILL CONTINUE TO RECOMMEND THIS STORE. THERE RATINGS ARE A 1000 PERCENT

I found the staff happy and friendly ,willing to help and some wanted to walk me and my mother to the aisle I needed. All the products I needed were in different isles. That alone made the trip worthwhile. Thanks again for your family at Home Depot ! Jon

The cashier in the garden center Lillian was very welcoming and respectful and kept a smile on her face the whole time she was helping me. She genuinely cared about how I was! Its people like her that make me want to keep coming back to the home depot!

I have used this store extensively and always find the employees both very helpful and courteous. Inventory seems to always be adequate, and the store is always neat and clean.

I have ALWAYS had good service at this Home Depot! If I need help, it is available, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable; I generally do ask for help in locating items I am not familiar with. I have never had to wait very long to checkout and self-checkout is available. The store is always clean.

I found the products I was looking for with the friendly help of several store associates. This store is well lit, well stocked and clean.

I am a man whose everyday goings-on are hinged upon a very busy schedule, so when I visit the Lake Wales Home Depot, most of the time I have zero time to spare, I need to get in, find what I need, and check out quickly...Susan, Novela, Brian, Roxanna, Bertha, and the rest of the Home Depot staff have always been there to help me find what I need, knowing exactly where to look, and solve any problem I ever have within minutes, saving me a lot of time and frustration that I might have at other competitor stores...As a result of the customer service I receive here, I continue to spend thousands of dollars on paint and materials I need to complete my projects and keep my small business thriving, and I have no qualms driving past Lowes to come here for this customer service...thank you guys!

I always like Home Depot. I just moved to a small town in Florida - Babson Park. Doesn't even have a gas station. But in nearby Lake Wales, they have everything, even a Home Depot. Needing a few things for the older home I'm renting in Babson Park, I Googled and got the directions to Home Depot #0203. The friendly clerks led me to the items in that clean, large store. Great selection, great prices.

We have been shopping at this store for several years now. We worked with Eunice to remodel our kitchen and she was wonderful to work with. We are now redoing our bathroom and talked to Gail about the merchandise we needed. Both are exceptional and very knowledgeable about their jobs. All of the employees we encountered were very helpful and willing to aid us in whatever we needed.

YOU WILL ALWAYS FIND THE STORE CLEAN. YOU CAN USUALLY FIND SOMEONE TO HELP YOU IF YOU CAN'T FIND WHAT YOU NEED.

Store employees are very helpful and courteous. Also this store has a large variety of items that you wouldn’t easily expect to find specifically hardware. Received assistance promptly .
