I had the experience of purchasing a KitchenAid refrigerator freezer front doors as a dentist, scratch item we asked for it to be wrapped another covering, and your employee “We don’t put two layers of wrapping you got it cheap enough“ I am sending a photograph of what the underside of the refrigerator look like when it was placed on the truck. It cost me three men for an hour at $50 an hour To then discover that the refrigerator was not a scratch and dent but, obviously, it had been used. There was dog hair as well as dirt under the refrigerator, which did not get there overnight. If I do not hear from Corporate by Tuesday I am going to a news team! The nerve to sell an item as new, loaded with dirt n dog hair! What if I’m allergic to Dogs or my family members! U have all the information you need to investigate! Tuesday I Will Shake the News team up!

Both George and Bill in the shades and blinds department were exceptionally helpful, friendly knowledgeable, and patient. They are both an asset to your store and should be complemented and rewarded for their work and efforts.

Like I said earlier my experience dealing with Mike and Silvia was very pleasant.They took care of everything and we’re very knowledgeable.

I bought one canister of Scott's EZ Seed and when I removed cap to remove seal, I found the seal was partially torn open. Some of the product was missing and cap was replaced to conceal the broken seal.

The RF Installation team headed up by Tony is amazing. This is what I sent him: Tony, I have to write and tell you how wonderful you and your guys are. You're always there if we have questions. You've been there many times to assist in last minutes emergencies we've had in setting up a temporary kitchen when we needed it. You and your men are professional, courteous, efficient and really above all, when they work, they cover all the surrounding area to protect the rest of my house from any damage or dirt. When they leave. the place is spotless. It's like they were never here. You and your team get an A++. I couldn't ask for better. Thank you for everything.

I am handicapped and the employees loaded my cart with the products I needed, they took it to the front register and checked me out. Two employees took the cart to my van and loaded it all for me. I am looking foward to a comlpetely remodled handicapped bathroom. Thank you all very much especially Eileen L who managee the whole affair.

Two employees too busy chatting with each other to be bothered helping customers

I had an awful experience dealing with Home Depot online. I bought fence panels that were delivered damaged. They refused to help me and hung up on me four times after being on hold for hours and being rerouted into automated system. I was pretty much in tears when I went to the Lakewood store thinking I was stuck with damaged goods and wasted a huge amount of money. Thank goodness for manager Chris. He was the ONLY employee who was willing to take the time to work out the situation for me so I could return the panels that were damaged and get new ones. I do not have a vehicle to take care of this myself, which is why I had them delivered from online. I really appreciate his kindness and patience in dealing with me and my situation!

There are some people that work here that need their attitude adjusted. I spend a lot of money at this store and some of the employees just treat you like the scum under their shoe. Management needs to do a deep dive on personality adjustment for some employees. Or boot them to the curb.

Store and the associates that work there are pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. Store it self always has the answers. I would NOT recommend the outside services, since it is not handled by the store. Very poor communication, execution for a simple Murphy Bed installation. Won't be doing that again.

The employees never seemed to be working but rather congregating and having private conversations. Twice I needed assistance and both times I felt like I was interrupting them. They do not seem particularly helpful or knowledgeable about the products in the store. I did make two purchases but received no greeting or acknowledgement from the employee overseeing the self-checkout counter. My purchases make your job possible: the least you can do is smile and greet me, or wish me a wonderful day. It costs nothing to be nice.

I bought some doors and hardware online. Some things were stock in store. I was given a discount on the order, but when I placed it, the discount did not go through. I cancelled the order and placed a new one. Deductions from my account occurred for both orders and the credits did not come through fast enough to stop an overdraft. I believe that a more exact documentation is needed to show customers exactly "what" items are being charged and credited. It can be done very easily, but it is not currently the process they use. I am a communications person and see this as an opportunity to smooth out an end of sale situation.

They knew all about the Jewish holiday of Sukkot and were very helpful getting me what I needed and even ran a few minutes after 10 and they didn't rush me at all and was very gracious by checkout even though it was a little after closing!!!!

saw group of 5 'staff' gathered around shooting the breeze by the return desk, and sent me on a wild goose chase for the item I was looking for. Barely looked up when i asked, like they couldn't be bothered. Do it yourself is the key here, even in the store, I guess!

Employees very helpful in all areas. Store had enough registers open to accommodate the amount of people so you didn’t have to wait long.

I found it amazing that a lot of tools in this store are locked up, assuming there has been a decent amount of theft. But when a box of Trex Hidden Deck combo bucket was returned by previous customer, not a glance was made to insure the box contained the correct items before putting back on the shelf. After I purchased the box, I found it contained nothing but leftover garbage clips, nothing of what it should have contained. And it’s not a cheap item.

Any time I've been in the store and needed directions to find something, employees are always available to help. Especially when I have no clue as to where to find an item. It makes shopping so much easier for me.

Great job on helping with an item I saw at a different store but could not locate. Went way out of her way to make my shopping experience productive. Great can-do attitude.

Cashier couldnt process a simple visa gift card and threw it away.....luckily i noticed

Couldn’t find a specific tree at any other HD stores but at Lakewood store they searched inventory then Jamie searched truck to find the one I needed. So helpful!
