I am generally pretty satisfied with this particular Home Depot, but today an employee went out of his way to show how lighting would look with different types of bulbs. He was extremely helpful in the choosing the type of bulbs we needed. I was very impressed with the time he took to help us.

Brought paint and wrong label put on the can. Returned it a month later and they replaced the paint after the walls were painted incorrectly. Will always go to Home depot

Need supplies and got them with help from associates at HD. Cashier was even more cheerful than ive seen anywhere. Barbara did a great job serving my needs.

I am always in a hurry and need help either ordering something or finding something in the store. I am always greeted with a smile at the Help desk area and they seem to know alot about the store stock. I live near another store but will always travel the extra 2 miles to come to lakewood one.

I needed help modifying my bathroom for my husband who is now handicapped. From the moment I walked in the door of your store, your employees were very helpful. Cliff B., Bath Dept., was absolutely wonderful in helping me create & complete my order.

We had windows installed at over $15,000. They left our home a mess, ruined our brand new bathroom wall that was just remodeled, left their filthy cigar on my landscaping. They also left the windows filthy and handprints everywhere. Carpet install? Gave install time of 2-6 pm and finally showed up at 7:30 pm to just start the install. Called store and left on hold for 33 minutes with ultimately no help given. DO NOT USE HOME DEPOT FOR YOUR INSTALLS OF ANY KIND

Home Depot employee was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in helping me with a project at our church. Because of his help the project was not a nearly as complicated to complete!

We needed to buy all our appliances for a new house. The whole process was very smooth, the slsrep Johanna was exceptional.

No matter when I go to this store the great customer service here is awesome. I purchase and return items and never have a problem at all. I'm always running into someone here going that extra mile with helping with my purchases.

If you can’t find a specific item, always ask! Lakewood helpers found it for me in a box above the shelves. They went above and beyond to find it for me!

The store employees are helpful, patient, and knowledgeable about location of products and go above and beyond to ensure product selection is the right one.

The employees were downright nasty. I have never experienced such a bad shopping experience. very surprising and upsetting.

I’m not super handy, I try though. Associate Joe assisted me with picking out the best budget/friendly option, cut wire shelving to specs, gave me tips and how-to suggestions for hanging the shelving, helped me find other materials I needed based on my poor description because I didn’t know the proper terms lol, and was overall a pleasure. By far the most helpful Home Depot associate I’ve ever come across from a variety of stores.

Joe was great! There was an item on the top shelf that I couldn’t reach, Joe helped me get the item down. I then went to look at heavy duty chains and Joe walked over to offer his assistance. He taught me about different materials, and helped me pick out the right chain for my project. This is the best experience I’ve had at any Home Depot I’ve been to. Thank you Joe! Also this location is well packed, and organized. I got everything I needed.

I'm happy with the new look/use of my tub to shower conversion! My bathroom looks bigger & brighter! The new shower works so much easier! Turning the water on is so easy & not noisy or difficult to reach the right temperature like the old version.

Not sure if Tony is a manager. Or want to be manager… but needs to work on his patience with customers and control his anger instead of walking away when trying to resolve a problem with a product pricing in their store. Will never shop here again

I shopped at Lakewood New Jersey Home Depot my salesman’s name was Lou LEW, he is a very thorough very patient very knowledgeable and quite humorous. The man knows his stuff. I think he deserves a raise. I would recommend him to everybody.

Of the local Home Depot stores, this is not my nearest, but my go to as it's the neatest and friendly staff, always able to get fast help

This store (Shorrock St. Lakewood NJ) has really turned itself around. I used to avoid the store due to unhelpful staff but that is no longer the case. The staff is friendly and helpful and it is a pleasure to shop there.

I've only lived here for only about 2 months and have been in here a bunch of times. Every time I've had a great experience with the staff, they are friendly and knowledgeable. 5 stars to me.

I was having trouble finding out how to clean my new refrigerator door . The manufacturer send me a copy of manual that doesn’t list my model. He researched on computer and found the right instructions and found a product that works. jJoanne was the sales clerk that helped me with my purchase.She also printed out copies of appliances that I will buy at Home Depot in the future

I went there specifically to make a major purchase at the reduced sales tax rate. To my surprise, they charged regular tax rate.

The whole staff in Lakewood HD is extremely friendly and helpful. My Cashier Barbara was excellent super friendly and helpful. I will be back to shop at the lakewood location again!
