I shop in this store frequently as it is pretty close to my home. I needed to buy a wet saw for some tile work found a nice saw at a reasonable price and picked it up I felt I got a good deal, the employes were very friendly and offered help when they saw me loading the large box on my cart. When I was checking out the cashier, Donna was very patient and cordial. A pleasure to see someone that knows how to treat a customer. will shop their again.

Once again, Anthony, the great manager, went out of his way to help me, then got another associate, Stefano, to help me further so i could get all i needed on this trip.

Under staffed, poorly managed, poor stock, waste of my time

I like this particular Home Depot. Before it was a Home Depot, it was many other stores over the decades. It is readily accessible and right off the main drag.

I bought a dishwasher, it was the first time I have to replace a dishwasher, Eileen and Bella from customer service stepped up to assist me when representative from appliances were not available. They explained the whole process, even used some of their personal experience as comparison. Just overall very nice and helpful. I couldn't be happier.

Levittown Home Depot employees are always kind and helpful. Store is well stocked and organized.

I cannot say enough about Debbie, the manager in contracting. Anil who cuts my plywood for me and Tina who is always very helpful. I know when I go to tge Levittown store I get all tge help and advice I need to make my jobs successful. The staff across the board are happy, friendly and professional. Thank you!

I was there on Sunday order some engineer wood and A and I came today to pick it up in the morning right away after I enter the Home Depot the manager it happened was there Trisha you’re so helpful thank you so much. Other Home Depot I have to wait like 30 minutes to 45 minutes to pick up an order. I took the order right away, like less than 15 minutes

Thanks to Brian and Bob I found the correct faucet for my utility sink.

I buy most of the products I purchase from this store, and have always been happy with my purchases and help I am given.

Most disgusting and unorganized store Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else

Sale cashier Jay at the Home Depot in Levittown gave me a hard time about my vine plant not having a barcode. He told me I would have to go get another plant with a sticker or he would have to call gardening. I said okay. He asked if I still wanted it. I said yes. He then asked me if I was going to get another plant. I said it was all the way back inside if he can call someone. He said again how he would have to call gardening and asked if I still wanted it. I said yes I still wanted it. He then called gardening and asked me again if I still wanted it. I said yes. This employee very slowly walks over that I didn’t catch his name and asked me what I needed help with. I said it doesn’t have a sticker. He said he would have to go back inside to grab another one. I said okay but I want this particular one that I picked out. He asked me if I still wanted it. I said yes I do. He then walks slowly back inside. I’m waiting and he walks slowly back out. He said he grabbed another plant with a sticker. I asked if he took a sticker from another one and put it on the one I wanted. He said no. I said but I wanted that particular plant that I picked out. And I told him he took his sweet time bringing it to me and it’s not the same plant. He smirked and told me he was sorry. I said he should be. I told them to keep the plant as I was leaving. I NEVER give any cashiers or employees a hard time and I never complain. But I couldn’t believe how rude and lazy these 2 were. Why ask me numerous times if I still want the plant?? No plants are exactly the same either. There wasn’t an easier way to look up the item or come up with a price? I’m a retail manager myself and I would never allow any of my employees to treat anyone like this. I used to shop at this location weekly and I will no longer be shopping at this location.

I bought peat moss that was listed on sale when checking out the regular price came up ! I had to take a picture of the sign the go to customer service ! Mind you I had to run around the the whole store to do this ! Always check your receipt!!!

This is my closest Home Depot and just so happens it’s the best one I’ve been to over the years. Tonight - Donna the cashier is was so refreshingly courteous, helpful and accommodating. Really appreciate your awesome customer service!

I bought blinds that were cut in the store. It was easy and fast. Overall a great experience.

Among other things I purchased a piece of pre-cut pine wood. The cashier rang me up but rang up my SINGLE PIECE cut wood as FOUR pieces of wood. I explained that the 4@$4.48 showed she rand up my single item 4 times. She actually argued that she didn't when it was right there on the receipt. On top of all this she rang this wood up as the more expensive RED OAK when the item was actually pine. Then I find there is no manager in the store!! Her error then caused me to have to walk the entire length of the store to then stand in line at customer service to try to explain to someone who didn't understand English well why I was returning FOUR items yet only had ONE in my cart! The fact that this store just functions with random associates running around without supervision is alarming. Where were you Megan Scorsese?

after i waited fore ever for help after asking 6 people to help. then i was given a price on the item .after that i was told i have to buy a case . they were on the shelf loose
