I BUY ALWAYS AT THIS STORES

While I do frequent different Home Depots, in my area.....This store always seems to be a bit better.....in many areass.....Like...A bit cleaner than the others...A bit more organized.... ...The employees...overall...are a bit more helpful and courteous....Overall...Better run....

Make sure to not rely on the words of the associate. Please check the count and weight etc that you paid for. Was short supplied on 3 items ( got 2 items credited for but still to get credit for short supplied pea gravel bags)

I love this store. I walked in on March 16th, 2022, and an employee was passing by and he said hello and welcome. I went over to the paint department and asked for the Ultra White gallon of paint. The young lady there handed me the can plus the can opener and the free pouring spout. As I was about to leave I spotted some brushes. I asked the gentleman who was working with the helpful young lady which brushes were good with paint because the ones I saw were staining brushes. He found the brush I needed. Again very helpful and pleasant. I will definitely be back for my next project which is repainting wrought iron railings.

Extremely exemplary customer service and personality! Mary Voulgaris went above and beyond of her normal duties to help customer. The rest of employees should learn how to work instead of standing around with cell phones in their hands.

45 minutes of being bounced around areas and employees just to do a simple propane tank exchange

I HAVE VISTED THIS LOCATION SERVERAL TIMES AND HAVE ALWAYS HAD GREAT CUSTOMER CARE

Last time I had to wait for the spray paint to be opened because there was one employee in paint for 15 customers. Then had to wait at cashier because there was a problem with the self-checkout and again only one person around. This time no carts available and no bags to carry out items I bought. If they were twice as good they would still be terrible.

Good customer service, place is always clean. No complaints. You desperately need to fix Freeport and Elmont home depot though. Levittown location is great.

Looking for good customer service? A knowledgeable employee who is pleasant and professional at the Levittown Home Depot Store? Well, Jaime is that guy! Thank you Jaime... you made me feel like I was the only one in the store and that I had my own personal shopper. You were pleasant, professional and very helpful.

Customer service is severely lacking. Went to the store looking for an outdoor padlock. First employee i asked said she “knew the answer” but couldn't remember exactly, just check the hardware section. Second person i asked flat out said he didnt know and walked away from me. Third person, who overheard my frustration at that point, directed me to a specific aisle, which ended up being incorrect, but at least he tried. Asked the next person to speak to a manager and she pointed me to an open door in the front of the store and said to ask there, someone will find them for you rather then help me herself. I go to the door, a bunch of employees are standing around the area, I ask for a manager to speak with and they all ignored me. I stood there for a few minutes without any manager coming. Finally ended up having to take out my phone, try to navigate website and eventually find the exact location of the locks on my own.

I went into the store just like I do every other day of the week and something happened to another associate and one of the associates with EMS background Logan jumped into action and helped the injured associate this makes me know for a fact that the store associates care about not just them selves but they care about there fellow associates and customers THANK YOU LOGAN thank you HOME DEPOT I would be proud and thankful to have you on my team.

Probably one of the best Home Depots I have shopped at in quite a while. Staff very conscientious, concerned with customer service and satisfaction, and knowledgeable about merchandises. Bravo!

Store is clean, well stocked, and staff is very friendly and helpful. One could ask any employee in any department, and they can steer you to the correct department to find what your looking for.

The assistant store manager Danielle went above and beyond to help me locate a fan that was in another department. Very professional.

I couldn't be happier that Home Depot is in Levittown! I love the convenience & the products they carry from my new Hampton Bay Gazebo and furniture, to my new LG refrigerator, and flowers galore! The employees are so friendly and helpful. This one garden associate named Debra is an absolute Godsend. Anything you need just come ask Debra. She is such an asset to this store. Khem the Assistant Manager is also and extremely accomodating supervisor. Thanks to Home Depot my house is beautiful and set up for the summer!

Debbie in Gardening is the best worker very respectful genuine and honest best worker ever. She needs to be compensated more and also thanked me for my active duty service she was amazing.
