I was treated like like a vip

A special order. It came in and nobody called or emailed for 7 days. An entire week. It’s ridiculous and unacceptable.

Someone had plugged all the mobility carts into one out let. They were close together (mobility issues prevented me from climbing over them). Couldn’t get beside them to unplug.Had to explain my issue several times before someone came to help. Wish I had photographed the problem. Bad business plan! I should have just the cart that was eventually unearthed for me had a really smart charge. Checked out my own items and was left to drive them to my car in the cart. Bought contractor bags a tarp and gorilla tape. Unloaded them into my car in the pouring rain. Really heavy items. Thinking we made a bad mistake adding a Home Depot credit account

I really like shopping at Home Depot. I would shopp there all the time, but it’s not convenient for me in downtown Lexington. I live on The south side of Lexington and this one is only one close to me. I wish there was one on our side of town so I wouldn’t have to go to the other big box store.

Have been looking for a 12” Ryobi chainsaw bar for over a year and haven’t found one yet.

We thought we had a problem…..nope, Sharina explained everything and took care of what we expected to be a problem. TRULY Customer Service!

Home Depot does not make clear that some irems are available on line only. So if you look for an item on line and you see they carry the item and make a trip to the store only to find it’s an “on line availability” only you may want to shop else where as I’m done. It’s ridiculous they don’t clearly make on line only a clear notice on the item - I guess they want you to make the trip hoping you’ll buy other items while there. Bad marketing and I don’t like their game!

I returned an item I had purchased for a different item that was similar. It was an exceptionally easy process due to excellent employee attitudes and work ethics.

I came in just to have keys made. I had great assistance at the key machine and went to leave and decided to look for a Fathers Day gift while I was there. As I’m going to the checkout for my keys I saw a pressure washer at the end cap but didn’t have a cart to load it on. One of the employees, Solo, came and brought me a cart and loaded the item taking me all the way through checkout and loaded it in my car. He was professional, friendly and helpful!

There is so much to choose from in every department. You don't have to search for someone to help you! The salespeople were genuinely friendly and helpful. It was and always is a good experience.

Mariela is the best! Her knowledge and customer service is very refreshing.

Went to the store to get a few items. One of the items was the 4 ft vigro l-shaped black landscape edging. There was none in the box on the aisle sorry proceeded to go to an associate. I explained to the associate that there were none in the box and if he could help me locate some that said that was in stock. He promptly told me what aisle they would be on and I told him I knew that that I already had checked that the box was empty and I was wondering if they had anymore. He sends me to customer service. The woman at customer service finally gets around to me and I explained the situation. She called the landscaping section and had me go out where the items should be and told me an associate would be there with me shortly. When they associate showed up I told him what I was looking for and showed him the empty box. He scanned the boxes it in the overhead for a couple of minutes and told me that night shift didn't do their job and that it would be like finding a needle in a haystack and that they were too busy to go through boxes and find them. I proceeded to check out with my other items came home and went on the website. Website showed them in stock I ordered six selected in store pickup and had an email stating that my order was ready within 30 minutes. I went up there and it was the correct stuff. How come I had to make two trips to spend the gas and take the extra time out of my day and slow down my project because one associate felt they were too busy to fully be able to assist me.

The employees here were all super friendly, especially CJ.V.

I was in a hurry. Lakesha, the cashier, was pleasant and super fast. Wish they all were as fast and courteous as she is. Great job Lakesha!!

Home Depot has the best store in Lexington SC.

Nice store. I just wish there were more employees to help without out waiting for items to be unlocked to get into to purchase.

Dawn at checkout was absolutely the bomb. Helpful to a fault.

Recently had a need to purchase a new dishwasher. After looking around, went to Home Depot. The sales person in the Appliance Dept went above and beyond to help us get exactly what we needed! Will shop Home Depot FIRST from now on!

The employees here are great and helpful.

Employee went above and beyond to explain to me how a brand of product that Home Depot doesn't even sell works so I wouldn't have to buy a new one.

Waited for wire, locked up and caged. Was told to get it myself, so I did. The. Was followed by an employee who had to call it in, that someone was stealing a 100’ roll of 12/3. They have lost more than $83 in future sales from me. Do not track me like a criminal. You didn’t have the 5 steps to make a stop anyway. #lawsuit?

Mike answered our questions and took great care making the necessary cuts of our 4x8 premium sheet of plywood. I will definitely return for future purchases.

We were very pleased that we stopped by. We were shown by employee how we could construct a product that we were frustrated in searching the net.
