Was helped in the limber department locating the wood I was looking for, and Jackson the associate even load it onto my cart for me. Customer service at Home Depot has been excellent at several of the locations I’ve gone to over the last couple months.

Bathroom fixtures, lighting fixtures

I was planning out a diy project for a pantry makeover and went to the Lexington Home Depot to purchase supplies from the lumber area. An amazing gentlemen took his time and assisted me with getting extremely large boards of wood that I would not have been able to get myself. He was so gracious and cut all of the boards down to my desired size. Couldn’t thank him enough as I do not own a table saw to do it myself. Also, Sherry assisted me at checkout and was so friendly. It was just overall a great shopping experience. Sherry even wished me good luck on my project. Kudos to the Lexington team on such great customer service and friendly attitudes!

Bought 165 pieces of lumber had to load myself and had to work around someone’s truck .

I bought a refrigerator last week and it was delivered yesterday. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and took time to explain the different choices. The delivery men were very pleasant and patient in having to maneuver the frig through a tight spot.They communicated with each other well to do this . no scratches!

Unfortunately our experience was not good. The customer service was unfriendly and rude to us. We needed help applying my father’s military id to his purchase and the lady did not help us, only repeatedly said “you need the app” my father does not have a cell phone much less know how to use an app. He has his military ID on his driver’s license which they will not accept. After I responded he didn’t have a phone she proceeded to say, very sassy sounding, “don’t you have a phone then?” I don’t live with him and much less how do you know if I’m related to him, if this older gentleman just needed help with his military id. Help him. Put it in manually. Don’t treat us like we are idiots when your store changed the policy.

I entered the store about 20 minutes before closing. I attempted to locate the part I was looking for before seeking assistance. Sam in Customer Service could. It have been more helpful. She was patient, tenacious and diligent in her efforts to assist me in finding f the part I was looking for. She said she was not successful unless I found the part - and we did! Home Depot is fortunate to have such a caring person on their staff. Even though the question was out of her area of expertise, she was willing to continue to search the database until we located the part.

I contacted Home Depot for a new shower. My job was sent to a third party who did a terrific installation and had excellent customer service. I made the down payment through Rebath and my first payment online through Home Depot. Making my second payment was beyond difficult. I received multiple emails letting me know I had a balance with a link that read, "Review and Pay". I clicked the link and saw my job, but there was nowhere to make a payment. After phone calls to 3 different Home Depot numbers and a text chat, I ended up contacting Rebath who was able to take my second payment. I have never worked so hard to pay a bill. I wasted about an hour trying to make this payment. I will never use, nor recommend Home Depot pro services to anyone. I wish I had found Rebath on my own, they're awesome! I hate to think how much money Home Depot received for adding absolutely no value to this job. I do not recommend Home Depot Pro services.

Mike in Millwork at the Lexington location was fantastic. He assisted with the proper doors, etc. for our home. Seen more like a friend when all was said and done. Would recommend to anyone

I moved to Lexington from out of state in July. The house we bought needed a lot of yard improvements. I made dozens of trips to various stores, but noticed that Home Depot had the most organized and lovely garden department. I stopped shopping elsewhere because I was so pleased with the quality and price of the plants at this Lexington store.

Checking out is as important as getting everything I need, but when I'm ready to check out, Sherry always makes it happen super fast with little or no confusion.

Always good service! Today's trip was better then normal because the store was not crowded! I visit this store a lot and get good service even when busy.

I was truly surprised at how friendly and helpful the four people I dealt with in the Lexington Home Depot were today! I was also very impressed with how quickly they were able to help me. I was expecting to be in the store an hour, I was there maybe 15-20 minutes. I was extremely impressed that they definitely seemed to care about their customers. I will be back!

I had an issue with appliance delivery being changed last minute which normally wouldn’t be a big deal but I had flown in from New Jersey specifically to be at the house I just purchased for the delivery. I found out a few minutes after my plane landed that my delivery date was changed to approximately three weeks later. I drove straight to the store from the airport and was planning on canceling the entire order. Keith the assistant store manager helped me so that I would not be moving into my new home with no refrigerator. Hailey was able to get my Samsung washer and dryer delivered as the fridge stove dishwasher and microwave were all LG and appliances are delivered at the same time. Thank you Keith for making sure that I will at least have a mini fridge in my home when my family makes the final move to Lexington next week and Hailey for helping me get get those 2 appliances delivered so I don’t need to go to a laundromat for 3 weeks. You are both amazing and I appreciate you both.

I enjoy this store over other home improvement stores. My preference.

Employees are always polite and helpful, going above and beyond any inquiries presented so much that I prefer not to go anywhere else for my home improvement needs.

Kahana is an outstanding employee and is the reason I will be back. All employees were helpful but she exceeded everyone else in her knowledge and friendly service .

First, I was impressed that so many Dad's (employees) gave up their Father's Day to assist me. I've always felt comfortable in a Home Depot store and this store was no exception. The Customer Service staff were exceptional, and I got all my answers from knowledgeable staff. It was very easy to check out.

It is always a pleasure to shop at the Lexington Home Depot. The employees are warm and friendly. They are more than willing to assist when seeking a particular item or to answer questions about an item. Thank you for making it delightful to visit and shop in the store.

We came into the stock to pick up an item showing 5 in stock online, when not being able to find the item on shelf I asked customer service for help. The gentleman who was sent to help kept telling us that the item was not sold in store. After giving the employee the item number I found 3 in top stock. Even after showing the employee he still declined to believe. Finally he got a ladder and got the product we needed. Then at self checkout the employee said "shame on you" when asking if I scanned the correct number of items. Not sure why I am being shamed for? Just rude and lazy employees!
