Have used this store many times, always helpful and friendly...

Easy to find the paint I was looking for and associate answered all questions I had.

It was easy enough to find the general product that I needed but I needed help to narrow down the exact one I needed. Before I could go find an associate; he was already coming down the aisle. He was very helpful, knowledgable, friendly, and funny. As we're new to the area we've had multiple stops to Home Depot and each time they've been very friendly to us. I'd recommend this store to anyone.

Very quick visit for me. Came in, got what I needed, checked out and left.

Found what I needed at a good price. There is a great selection and I enjoyed browsing through the various departments to get ideas for the home I will soon be moving to. Also, the garden department here is just great and I will be buying plants here in the fall to put out.

Finally starting to clear the clutter in the aisles so that it is safe and one can actually shop. Checkout is much improved as well.

Customer Service was very nice to speak with and helped a great deal.

We especially appreciate the helpful and knowledgeable service and information we get when we ask about a product or information on the use of a product we may or may not be familiar with. We like the concept of associates being familiar with the products they sell and the best way to use them, and even suggestions on ways to use them better or with another product that will enhance the use of the item to make it more efficient.

I was concerned about never special ordering lumber before but Betsy helped me out far better than I could of helped myself. She quickly took my order down, even having to call the lumber supplier, and got me a quote that was over $200 less than 3 other places I went to. Will definitely be back again!

This Home Depot is the best home improvement store In the Liberty and Kansas City North area. The associates are helpful and friendly. I can get someone to help me every time I have been in Home Depot, and the others stores you have to hunt someone down ,that's if you can find anyone.

Dalton was extremely helpful and friendly, told us all about the return policy when we asked, and Chris in Garden help me with some plant recommendations. This visit was a really good visit.

Very helpful employees. I was able to find what I needed in a few minutes with assistance from a store associate.

Even though this time was a terrible experience for me, I will continue to shop at this store, even though this one bad apple Jennifer, was rude and sully, there are many associates and managers in that store that rate the highest praises for how helpful they are. Like Norm, and Roger in the appliance dept, then there's Chris & Nate who helped me with my raised garden beds.

Came in to return some items and to pick up some other things. Store associates were very helpful and courteous. A pleasant experience!

They only had self check out available even though there were four employees standing around with their arms folded watching us. There had been a helpful individual in the paint department with advice on our project however.

Just needed to pop in and pick up a combo set I found online. Easy to find, easy check out. In and out in under 10 minutes.
