Wow! I recieved excellent customer service at this store today! If you've got a painting project Kim should be your go to person! She answered all my questions and gave me some really helpful information! Kim went above and beyond today and I am excited to start my project! Every staff member was smiling and friendly saying hello and I pushed the coveted race car shopping cart with my kids gleefully driving! Kim was the shining star in a very impressive experience here today. I've been pretty exclusive to another store, but she and her coworkers won me over today!

Love the flooring specialist at this location. She's knowledgeable, friendly, and patient!! We've specifically gone to this location twice to make major flooring decisions because we trust the flooring specialist

This store is the best Home Depot in the Kansas City northland hands down. They have the most diverse employees that give the store a top notch rating.

I'm handicapped and have a hard time walking. I parked in the Handicapped place provided in the Front of the store. I had to walk all the way to the west end of the store to check out. There were no check out lanes with a Real Person. One employee ran my items through the auto mated check out. Then I had to walk all the way back to my truck. Like I said, I have a hard time walking.

We went to the store to get a toolbox for our son, but were looking at refrigerators, and Beth and Roger in appliances were super helpful in finding just the right refrigerator at a very good price. They really were super friendly and the store was well stocked with everything we were hoping for, and we will definitely be back for more Christmas shopping.

We had big return order...gutters downspouts etc. Contractor flaked. Had no problems returning all of that and the cashier was very helpful and friendly. Very much appreciated !!

The best part of my visits over the years is the plumbing and paint dept. Jeff K is the best and the ladies in paint are wonderful. Lack of cashiers is a turn off, when I’am spending hundreds of dollars at one time. I refuse to use self checkout lanes. There is a few great employees keeping this store open.

Kathy in the kitchen dept is the best! She spent a lot of time helping me with my purchase and explaining things! So helpful!

Ms. Conge in kitchens was great. I scheduled the appointment online. She took my measurements and made an order. It was fast and easy.

Store is always clean & staff is always friendly & helpful. Products we went in for were in stock & we had help from employees loading 100 patio stones in our pickup.

Products were easily found and the employees were friendly.

This Location's Pro Desk was super helpful. We have used other Pro Desk's at other locations and frankly weren't impressed. Their team at #3019 (Liberty/KC) was friendly, didn't make you feel rushed and knew the answers to ALL of our questions.

This store has very friendly and helpful employees. I was assisted immediately and the employee ( Sabra) was able to provide me with everything I needed!

We are 90 miles from the Liberty store,But That Store,more than any type of of stores like their market Group I find Experience People there,more than a lot of their Competition.Store is always clean,with signage letting you know what Direction to get you quickly to the isle your looking for.

Loved how fast and efficient the paint department was in finding the correct color and mixing my paint within 10 minutes!

Everyone was no very nice Trinidy and Mark were amazing in helping me and my daughter check out.
