I purchased a table saw took it home - assembled it (several hours) argh! only to find out it was defective ( argh,argh,argh ) I returned saw (fully assembled) . I asked who would be the person to best be able to help me with my situation and the name of Minato was given to me. I was able to promptly able to locate Minato and we began our quest to find a solution. we ended up checking several saws to replace the one i returned the last of them seemed to be the best. and was!!!! Minato was completely profesional and courtious the entire time (over an hour) and never lost the smile on his face no matter what the attitude i presented him with.. Way to go Minato!!!!! this was just one more experienc that turned out to be excelent!!!!! thanks again Minato !!!!

Being on a small island I thought we didn't need this store when it first opened. Now I find myself in it almost every week getting something for home repair or garden fun. Very happy we have this store to supply us with the things we use in every day life.

I was happy to shop at the Lihue Home Depot. They had everything i needed for great prices.

Alika is the man to ask for in appliances. His knowledge, efficiency and well mannered approach made this experience very pleasant. He should be commended.

Every experience at the pro desk is great. The ladies there are so knowledgeable and friendly. They always get me everything I need and I'm in and out in a flash!

Items were only on the high shelf unreachable by customers. No price indicate. Associates directed to wrong place. No associate available to help. Customer service did not help.

Window dressing- had to go back to the store 3 times as specialist was unavailable. Also customers waiting for assistance was 4 deep all the time while waiting. Not many choices of this type of store on the island or I would have gone somewhere else. Rose was wonderful. You need more like her.

Great amount of supply products but not the cleaniness of restrooms.

The appliance assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering my questions, making suggestions , very polite, and completing my order for a dishwasher in a very timely manner. Thank you.

When checking out at the self check out, the representative was very helpful with any problems I had and I noticed she took an effort to check on all patrons to make sure everything was going alright. A very exemplary employee.

Wish store associates could be more personable to offset the long wait I had. Dont rely on website's ad as what they say is available isnt usually the case.

When I walked in the store it was very organized and all of the workers seem so nice and it's the greatest place to go when you need things to fix or paint.

The store was clean and well organized and the attendant at the self-checkout was very helpful when one of my items would not scan. She even gave me a discount for some minor damage on the item.

although my item was not available, i was told by my awesome associate that it'll be available in 4 - 6 weeks. Patty was very helpful, offered all assistance from product info to credit card application to delivery of mdse., my husband and i stopped on a really busy day, but Patty covered all grounds for which my washer will be delivered and how delivery and disposal will be handled. I shopped for my washer and my husband shopped for DIY items, being in a well organized store mad our shopping alot easier and timing perfect, Great Experience today, will sure spend alot more time and money here at our Lihue Home Depot store.

We visited a week ago looking for a weed wacker for my fiance'. He didn't know that I was gonna get it for him. When I went to purchase it, non was in display. The manager was very helpful and was able to locate more of the product. He was very helpful and friendly.

The store is in a great location, extremely short trip to get to the store for any/all of my hardware needs. Open early, if I need to stop before I start my job and in need of a item. Always stocked with what I need when I need it.

The store associate (Shannon Rasmussen) in the appliances area has provided us with outstanding customer service. He provided hands on service to select the major appliances we needed for our condo renovation. He also placed all of the orders on line while we were at the store and ensured delivery was bulk shipment to our contractor's warehouse. There was a minor concern with shipping damages to one the fridge doors post delivery. Shannon discussed our concern with management and was able to get a small refund that would cover the cost of a new replacement door. I feel that we received personalized service from this associate. However I am very honored to say that Shannon delivers this level of service to ALL Home Depot customers. It is uncommon in today's world to have the level of customer service Shannon provided us. Our customer experience on purchasing new major appliances was the BEST!!

Associates at checkout stands 2 and 3 did an outstanding job making me a valuable customer. Mike at the online pick delighted me by focusing on my customers needs. Mike and the several associates loaded my item in my truck. Thank you for wonderful shopping event. Happy Holidays.
