Very helpful and polite

I am remolding my Bathroom and of course I bought most all the material from Home Depot. shower doors are very nice, better than I expected. I also build a Fence, all material from Home Depot. Oh, and I build a Pavillion with Home Depot material. And next I will be building a 16x20 Shed and all material will be coming from Home Depot.

This store managed to pull my online order in only 5 short hours and then I only had to wait 35 minutes at the counter to pick up the order that was shorted an item that I went to the shelf and grabbed myself. They really know how to show they care here! The way I was ignored by 5 employees while one rolled his eyes at the long line was exceptional! Then they sent me a survey that I filled out honestly, that prompted these morons to then request this review. Great Work Home Depot!

As a commercial customer I expect professional service! I try to avoid Home Depot because the incompetence is deafening. You'd think that the one area that Home Depot would excel is in taking your money but register 2 is a waste of oxygen!

It is getting to hard to buy anything from the big box stores, youhave to hunt an employee to help you, most of the employees see you coming and they go the other way, they are afraid you will ask them to do thier job.

I needed help locating a "Y" shaped hose to attach to a new washing machine. The first put me in the wrong area (major appliance accessories). I eventually went over to plumbing...second guy not much help either. Willie dug through the box where the hoses should have been. There were proper hoses buried at the bottom of the box, with a different hose on top. Problem solved, thanks to Willie.

Kudos to two employees at the Lithia Springs store for their service, Theo in Pro Services and Kendra in appliances. I thank you for making my visit stress free

I could not find a product in a minute the lady did ! She did not even have to look it up ! Attentiveness, I was in line and when the employee at the desk finished with her last customer she got my attention stating come on over mam I can help you !

I needed a few projects done at my home that I couldn’t do I went on line to get those test done installation as well as the purchase from the moment the team stepped in my home to take care of project to the completion the Home Depot team was amazing. Thank you all!

This Home Depot is pretty great. The people are helpful and knowledgeable ... one employee even saved me tons of money by explaining how something should be done (as opposed to how i thought it should be done in my mind).

I visited the store mid afternoon and the customer service counter was busy. Eugene stepped right in to assist me and walked me to the isle I needed and completed a form to help me get air conditioner inspection.

Ernest in customer service was great,helped me with questions,my order and helped me load my truck.

Michelle went above and beyond to make a bad situation a great on. I was created at the door with a good morning. The sales associates were eager to help considering most tell me it’s not there department and shew me away to find someone else. Great job at this particular Home Depot!
