I received great customer service this morning from Ernest. Typically, early mornings are not for everyone, but he was bright and lively. He helped us with our needs and actually went above and beyond for us.

Bought a washer and dryer set. The dryer doesn’t get hot. They tell me it will take week for them to come and fix it. Unacceptable. I will never shop with them again

We needed help finding a item that was not on the shelf, and Euclin checked for us to find out if any were in stock. Once she realized that they were in stock, but in a box in the upper storage area, she got the big rolling ladder and retrieved the items for us. Its not often that we receive this level of service, therefore we wanted to make sure that we sent this message as a THANK YOU!.

I had remodeling done and Home Depot installed my laminated floors that looks great and also Installed new doors to my patio...Excellent service.

I visited this store to purchase paint and found out they didn't have 5 gal available so I had to purchase 5 individual gallons which cost me much more than I would've paid. Also, the young lady who mixed the paint didn't mix it properly so the color was wrong. The color should've been a wine color and she mixed a lavender color. Luckily, my daughter showed me the color before visiting so I knew it wasn't right. Another gentleman came behind her and mixed it correctly! I was given a small discount for the mix up.

I was unable to get a military discount due to not having a smartphone to download the app. Why are customers being forced to put an app on their phones for a discount? Home Depot needs an alternate method so people can get a discount without putting an app on their phone. What if you forgot your phone?

Paid $150 deposit to reserve a rental truck for a move one week ahead only to have Home Depot notify me the night before my move my rental had been canceled. Everything is closed so too late to find another rental. Movers showing up who I have to pay with no truck for them to load. Thanks a lot Home Depot!

I really enjoyed my visit to your Home Depot. Everyone seemed knowledgeable and I think you have a great concentration of amazing employees at this store. I love coming here! Nicole helped me sign up for a credit card which relieved me of some stress of a big purchase in tough times. A friend of mine who I worked with came with me and he is at that home depot everyday almost because he is a contractor. He said Nicole is always nice and knows where everything is! I will return to this Home Depot for sure!

Home depot employees are always the greatest. There always around the store asking if they can help you or if you need them to get something for you and that's always extremely helpful. The checkout lines at Home Depot are never that long and they always get you checked out fast.

FOUND WHAT I NEEDED AND BOUGHT AN EXTRA FOR MY WIFE.

THIS STORE ALWAYS HAS THE PRODUCT I NEED. I PURCHASED A MULTI USE WEED EATER AND TO MY AMAZEMENT I DID NOT KNOW THAT ELECTRIC MEANT IT WORKS BY A BATTERY UNTIL THE ASSOCIATE TOLD ME. I WAS LOOKING FOR AN ELECTRIC CORD! THE STAFF ARE ALWAYS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, FRIENDLY AND CLEAN. I LEAVE THE STORE WITH A SMILE BECAUSE OF THE ATTENTION I RECEIVE.

20220511-Wednesday 20:34 hrs Arrove ~ 15:50 - Peddler in black SUV (TDW 3515) intercepting Customers entering & exiting the west enterance to tout her wares. Inside attempted to contact A (ANY) manager to let them handle this. Customer Service reps blaise to Law enforcement activities outside- 10 minutes later there was word from the young woman with fingernails as long as TWO knuckles informed me that the manager was unavailable and would speak with me by their phone when she was available. Red-headed associate Chris (well behaved and worthy of positive attention) WAS able to contact someone- THIS associate is an Home Depot asset. I left and sought the items my reason for being there. Ready to leave (disappointed but not unexpected) I looked out the west entrance & a LARGE black woman (an assistant manager) was outside with the also black female peddler an’ both seemed (from the 40 or so yards) having a grand time laughing and happy. Coming back inside this ‘assistant manager’ announced that everything was handled. . . . ? ? ? (~ 16:45 hrs). I remembered to check upon another item that Home Depot might have (no joy) THEN to checkout. Took purchases to car & the peddler was STILL there – unmoved. Upon returning the shopping cart – watched from inside as a county Sheriff’s deputy arrive. It wasn’t until after a County Sherrif’s deputy arrived that the peddler actually closed up her vehicle and leave (17:55 hrs). Staff unhelpful and disinterested; customers an inconvenience. I asked about a specific item’s location in a specific department (lawn&garden), was given a nebulous, unhelpful answer. “You can check out there (*points TO ALL OF THE PLANTS -_-*)”. Thanks, your answer basically was “well you can try LOOKING…?” Thank you for giving me permission to shop here; super helpful. At checkout, person said nothing, didn’t ask if we’d found it, didn’t even say “THANK YOU” as she handed our receipt. It’s okay to not know the answer. It’s not okay to be willfully ignorant and aggressively apathetic towards finding a solution. You don’t want not be there, or you don’t want to help people who may be different or LOOK DIFFERENT / LIGHTER than you? THEN QUIT. Go home. A friendly, genuinely compassionate person who is motivated to be helpful should immediately take your place and preserve the legacy of the Home Depot customer experience that service like this is a cancer on. I called Home Depot about installing flooring and they gave me an appointment for measurements..followed thru and the complete works at a wonderful cost much lower than I expected with great discount. I am very happy ... Thanks
