The cahier was very efficient. She even was efficient and directed me to the aisle and location I could find my items on with accuracy.

I swear if every employee was like Megan HD would have no competitors. I had a need for blinds and while what I needed wasn’t in stock, she gave me multiple solutions to choose from and assisted me from the time I walked in to helping me put my goods in the car. During our interaction it was clear she was well received by her counterparts and management. I have an HD closer to my house but I will come back to this one just to work with Megan again

Litisha was working the self-check when I came through and she was super helpful in making sure that the card reader read my card correctly. When there was an issue with the card reader, she was skilled in the methods to assist me in completing my transaction. Thanks Litisha!!!

Location has very helpful personnel and plenty of stock however the system they use to charge is crappy. Usually long lines because limited amount of working registers, I have had to move from line to line because computers go down, and card readers don’t always work.

Yulissa Mendoza had so much patience with us we kept coming back and she answered all our questions she was so knowledgeable. We decided to buy the refrigerator from her.

Parking lot crowded with shopping carts and bums. Store was crowded. Shelves were unorganized..... also unorganized was the check out process.

Recently, I went to make a quick purchase, which turned into an hour. However, Kristina was able to help me select the door and lock in a timely fashion.

At one time I stopped shopping at this store> THe managers could not and did not care.

Comparative to my regular Homedeot store, this Little York store ran circles around it. The associates were friendlier, more attentive and seemed to genuinely liked their jobs and duties. Model store i'd say! Kudos you guys!!!

I specifically came to this store because they had the jack hammer I needed. When I got to the register, I was informed of the contractor Pro account, the Home Depot credit card and the Pro App. I didn't know they had so much to offer contractors like me. The tool dept sales rep was also super helpful in getting me the items I needed. Thanks again!
