Every time I go in to get whatever I need whether it be tools or just random items for the house, everything is always stocked and right in the location that it should be. You replace product often and I am super happy with the tools I have purchased.

Went looking for a replacement string trimmer head for my Ryobi gas string trimmer. We found a Home Depot brand universal head and it worked. However, the instructions were absolutely terrible since they were very vague. Luckily, I'm a mechanically inclined person and I figured out the different combination of pieces in the "universal head" package to make it work. The suggestion in the instructions were incorrect but there were enough pieces to use others to make things fit and work out.

I go to Home Depot because they always have what I am looking for, their prices are always competitive, and if necessary I can return anything hassle free.

If you need any help just see Dave in paint he is very knowledgeable and very kind.

John at the Home Depot was great to work with he took the time to make sure I was taken care of even though his shift was about to end. I really appreciate the time and attention to detail.

Really enjoyed this store and our shopping experience. The only negative was when we were looking at buying a tuff shed, the representative gave us totally bad information! We had to pay a significant amount higher price, but we have to have the room for our items. Myra at customer service was an absolute gem! Love love love her!

I went to the Service Desk to order a gas Dryer and the lady at the Service Desk(Sue) was amazing. Excellent Customer Service and Sue make sure I have everything I needed for my dryer, including Delivery and a 5 yr. Protection Plan.

Nice employees in the lumber area

I can always count on HD Logan to have what I need. I do a lot of jobs and wear a lot of hats when it comes to maintenance, automotive projects and construction, and I can find everything I need at this location. The shopping experience here is the best. I can wander about and look at what I need, but whenever I need help there are plenty of knowledgeable associates around the corner. I have been buying from this location because of this awesome experience, and that will definitely continue. Thank you for all the help on my projects over the years.

Best place to buy anything I need for my projects

Charging a shipping charge to a big box store for an appliance surely will cause me to look at other options. I try to shop local but if the product has to be shipped and I have to pay shipping, I will look on line as there are many sites that offer free shipping.

Like the store and employees. I will not go through the self service. Please add some more cashiers.

I needed a couple of items, so I checked around and decided that Home Depot was the best place to purchase them. The employees there are very helpful. Sometimes I go there to browse to get ideas for projects.

The Customer Service has always been very good in my opinion and they always seem happy to help. Items are normally in stock just as stated on their website and best of all, there are actually staff available to assist if needed. Nothing more frustrating than to walk up and down each isle to find no employees around to assist. I’ve always been greeted with a smile and the staff has always been available to assist.

I purchased a fridge and microwave and Rob was able to get the information I needed and took the time to make sure I was satisfied. I was very impressed with his service.

I visited this location, and comparing it with the others around the states I’ve been before I can definitely say that this is my favorite one, the employees there are so nice and helpful I would say they are top notch people. I definitely recommend this location.

Spencer in flooring was a lot of help, he is hands down smarter and more knowledgeable than most of the others.

If you're like me and you don't travel with your wallet, this is a terrible place for a last minute stop. They continue to ignore feedback about enabling mobile wallet payments in their store and it irritates me on a big level

Haven't ordered the cabinets yet, but Rob was very helpful and took times showing us different options, not just expensive ones.

LaNae was extremely helpful and made sure I got what I needed.

Culture of poor customer service, poor management and poor training

I come from California and most stores in California are always packed and the customer service falls short. Since moving to Utah, I have found my store in Logan Utah to be very easy to shop and the employees are very friendly and more than willing to help out.

I shop at Home Depot because they hire staff for their departments that actually know stuff. If you ever need advice on how to fix something, go ask the staff at Home Depot. I've even called just to talk to staff before and was helped TREMENDOUSLY and I was able to fix the problem myself! Whereas the professionals I called (aka plumbers) said they'd have to just come look at it.

It’s one thing to get directed to the right products, but it’s another thing to have an associate care about you as a person.Glenn and I had a good short chat and I left with all the electrical stuff I needed. Home Depot is always my go-to place. I always let my friends know that’s where I’m headed to.
