This store is fine, it's a Home Depot. Don't use curbside pickup unless you have an extra half hour to spend.

The store is just your average box hardware store. You know exactly what you are going to get. But if you need any plumbing help, John Berry is one of the best resources out there. He has worked in the field for many years and his knowledge is amazing. He is patient and kind, and will go far above what you’d expect from a typical box store employee. The dude rocks!

Great store with excellent employees and products.

The store itself is fine unless you need paint. There is exactly one employee that is consistent in the paint department. I have had to make five trips for paint over the course of this project and the two times she's not been working the completely incorrect color has been mixed. Both times I have pointed it out and been assured they, two different employees have checked and it's the right color once it dries. Both times it's been a completely incorrect color. These aren't even color matches I've requested, it's been from their own swatches, and the strip has been written on to indicate the correct color and I've still gotten the wrong color. If you need paint, save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere from the start.

I went into the store today to spend a $50 gift card I had on some items we need for our basement remodel. The items I purchased I knew would be close to the $50 but I didn't know if it would cover it or not. Turns out I was $0.09 short. Joseph, an employee there in the self-checkout registers stepped up and offered his own money to cover the balance. What an amazing employee in an asset to Home Depot.

Open cashregester with a person not just self checkout. Why are 5-6 isles block off at the same time?

These guys really have things together. With all the safety precautions, I feel more comfortable shopping here than the other national chain similar to this one. The employees are willing and able to help out.

If you are looking for new appliance's ask for Veronica! She is the best, and very knowledgeable about what the store has or can and can't get. She was so helpful and valued our opinion and what we were looking for.

I want to applaud the unparalleled customer service I received Oct 11th from Sara at Customer Service. Although I did not locate the item I wanted, Sara made every effort calling and speaking with other stores in search of it. She exhibited professionalism and grace and was the epitome of customer service.

Amazingly clean and organized store! I know that every time I shop here I can find what I need and fast! There is always a friendly face there to point me in the right direction, also their lumber selection and specialists are amazing! They are always willing to help and to make large cuts for me! You don’t get this kind of service at other hardware stores. I Always recommend the Logan Home Depot!

We love shopping at the Logan Home Depot. They are well-stocked. The employees are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The store is clean and easy to get around. Checkout is usually very quick.

The phone is always ringing over the intercom when I come here.

I was returning items off two different receipts and the associate combined both and provided me with in-store merchandise credit. She expedited and facilitated the entire transaction without complication. Nice to see the effort towards customer satisfaction.
