My visit was incredible, in the store and outside the store. I had help with the products I purchased. On my way to the car, I had another question and was going to go back inside. There were two gentlemen employes outside who were able to answer my question about the home security device I purchased. Home Depot employees, greet, listen and assist in helping. I love Home Depot. Also, a couple days ago my neighbor was on her way to buy cherry tomato and cucumber plants and carrots for her garden and said she was going to Home Depot because you have more variety.

After all these years, your Delivery SUCKS! Order it and get a delivery date and then SNAP DELIVERY DELAYED! I have projects SCHEDULED, WAITING, and you can always count on HD to Fuch It Up!

Bought 4 - 6x6 x12’. Asked for help loading and was told in a while they would be there 20 minutes later no help. But great other customer helped me. 68 year old with bad back

As I said I frequent this store and sometimes finding help is a little difficult. Some employees are very helpful and others not so much.

This new self check out is awful. Not even a place to talk to a clerk. Had a question took me several minutes before someone came over. Can’t imagine this cluster on a weekend might look at your competitor. Would like to have a real human to talk to

Two employees asked if I had found what I needed. The first told me the aisles numbers, the second directed me to where the specific item was on the aisle because I still required further assistance and evidently didn’t conceal it very well.

Longmont Home Depot is well stocked. Employees do not treat you very well in my experience.

I was looking for a Pressure Washer and Eric Campbell helped me with information and ultimately my decision. Just having Eric around is A+ for Home Depot...which always has what I need. Oh, by the way, I ordered two Delta faucets for the Master Bath and they arrived in 2 days! Remarkable. Bill

My credit card was compromised after using the tap-to-pay at Home Depot on Hover Road. This is the 3rd time it has happened in the last 2 years. I am done shopping there or will pay with cash if I have to.

I have ordered the luxury vinyl for a condo. It was beautiful and of high quality. Very satisfied. I’m waiting on an order of hexagon shape tiles for a big project at the house. I like shopping at my Longmont Home Depot.

I had bought the wrong materials, and Angela was able to fix the issue even though it was my mistake. Excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend the Longmont Home Depot.

Please stop sourcing dyed succulents and cactus with cheap, tacky neon flowers glued to them. It ruins the plant and we don’t want them.

I shop here weekly. The people are amazing. The availability of quality wood is undesirable especially given the buying power of this corporation. Then, instead of treating criminals like criminals, the customer faces locked bathrooms, locked up tools and supplies and limited employees to assist with access and support. I’m sure it’s frustrating for the employees, I’ve asked and they’re willing to vent. However there are better solutions that lend themselves to customer satisfaction not liberal enablement.

Outstanding Customer Service provided by Front End Supervisor, Jennifer Walter and Cashier Angela!! Greeted by many associates as we shopped!! Store looked amazing and very engaging staff!

This is the 2nd time I've interacted with Nick and JJ at this Home Depot location and all I can say is 'WOW'! From the first time you meet them, they make you feel special. Like you're the only customer in the store. What really stands out to me is how they don't act like 'employees'. They act like OWNERS! Like their names are on the front door. What incredible assets they both are to this Home Depot. I'm so impressed with their care, concern and professionalism. Well done, Nick and JJ. Thank you both for being who you are! Credit card reader at checkout would not accept my credit card and I had to pay cash. I had previously used my credit card before visiting Home Depot and I used it again for lunch afterwards. There was no problem using my card at other merchants. Be sure you have plenty of cast with you if you shop at the Longmont Home Depot store.

I bought the Ryobi batteries and charger set. Got a free tool. Awesome deal.

The restrooms at this Home Depot are locked and you have to search the store for an associate that can open them for you. I asked the cashier for the code and she said they are not allowed to give it out. Unacceptable. I won't be shopping there for a good long time.

The associates in the paint department at the Longmont store are knowledgeable and always super friendly. The department is well maintained and has just about everything I need.

I went to the Longmont store looking for a specific paint. Everyone in the department was helpful and I learned that I could get my specific color that was a different brand made in a better quality paint at a much better price. It was a great learning experience and I was impressed with the knowledge of the paint associates and how well organized the paint department was. It was clean and well stocked.

I'm so happy I bought all the windows for my house in Home Depot. The employee John has excellent customer service. Thanks

I can usually get what I need in a fairly decent amount of time. The cashiers are generally helpful. The customer service in the lumber area today bordered on ridiculous and rude. Too much to go into. They need some serious attention from management on customer service.

Bought a Milwaukee tool very impressed with it

I went to the local home depot in Longmont, Colorado to find a product to Clean the Dirty grout in my tile flooring and with the Help of one of home depot's associates. I found the perfect product. . I went home and use the product on the ground of my tile flooring and it works wonderfully. It made my grout look Brand New. And then I went back and purchased the sealer and sealed my grout so I can enjoy a beautiful looking floor another five years. 👍
