Had all supplies on hand needed for a hot water heater replacement. Was good to get in and get out.

it stinks you have to shag your own large cart from the lot, not like the Firestone HD or Greeley HD. Return poilcy stinks, waiting for 3 days to refund your money to account.

Always have a good experience at the Longmont Home Depot. The employees are friendly, helpful and professional. The store is clean and laid out well. It is always easy to find employees within a short amount of time for assistance.

The young checkout personnel were new but very friendly and helpful. Several years ago I had a bad experience at this store but management quickly turned it around and has obviously maintained a positive environment .

A big thank you to the young man at the customer service desk who helped my with the handle assembly on the weed trimmer I recently purchased and to Jacqueline at the Garden Center, for helping me find trays to transport my seedling pots. Helpful and friendly team members!

I live in the mountains, and I am about equidistant from the Longmont and Boulder stores. I hate driving and parking in Boulder. Also, typical of the different city cultures, the employees in Longmont are much more down-to-earth and friendly (and more knowledgeable).

There are often not enough people to help. The exit from the store is awful and unsafe

We live 25 miles from this store and there are hardware stores closer. I will always get the products I need for our home at this store. I know I will find what I need with the help of the employees. I have many times before.

The BEST Home Depot store in Northern Colorado & I’ve been to them all!

The store manager that was called to help with my return was not helpful, I was treated in a way that I did not appreciate. As I was walking out the door the customer service desk employee that had just spent 30+ min dealing with me doing a return that they didn't return asked me for the receipt for the item in my cart that was the item I was trying to return, then says," O your that woman"

The store needs to learn how to work with customers and keep in contact with its customers. To not assume orders have been fulfilled and changed without consulting the customers about any changes to the orders.

Great pint department!

I've been going to Home Depot since they opened. I'm there at least once a week and depending on the project I may be there a couple of times a day to get the parts I need. No one has told me I've been there too much that day. All of the employees are great workers and good personalities and I've gotten to know many over the years and have seen them leave for other jobs in the store and in the community. They are a great asset to the store. To the management: Keep up the good work!

Chelsea (FES) in the paint department was a fantastic friendly person to work with. She had a lot of knowledge and was very patient in answering all my questions and giving excellent advice....

Peggy, Phil, and Pam were all very helpful, made jokes, and were just pleasant, nice people. Peggy made a suggestion to go along with my in-store pickup, so I made another purchase while I was there, too!

We were convinced to apply for the Home Depot card, allowing for $100 off our 1st order over $1,000. We did not get the $100 because our complete order ended up with items available only online. We've spent about $2,000 at Home Depot recently & wish they would have honored the $100 initially offered. Otherwise, in-store assistance has been been great overall.

I remodel up and down the front range from Ft. Collins to Castle Rock and this is the most helpful and knowledgeable store in the area.

The people running the store are always helpful. I like everyone I have talked to. They are all quite knowledgeable. The store carries everything.
