The store is clean, organized and verywell-stocked.

I recently purchased a refrigerator at Home Depot. All of the sales associates in the appliances section are very helpful and knowledgeable about the products that Home Depot carries. I believe I was given honest evaluations of each type of fridge from the people who work there and this helped me to finally make a purchase that I feel good about.

Well stocked with huge selections, staff outstanding with knowledge and so friendly. Never overbearing or pressure to purchase.

Clean, organized, in and out fast. I have rented trucks multiple times and everything was smooth and easy! Rarely any lines at check out and always parking. Associates are super helpful and nice.

Clark was so knowledgeable about all the products, and because the clerks don't work on commission I felt confident he was not trying to sell me the most expensive product.

I shop often at several Home Depot stores and am happy with all of them. This particular lumber manager went out of his way to assist me in my unique situation. Because of his in-site and help, I discovered a solution to a project I couldn't finish because of a financial road block.

Store was clean and had most of what I needed but not enough ridge cap. Took a while to get some help but once I did they were very helpful.

Customer service is very important to me and the Pro at the Professional register made my day! She was fantastic!!

Ladies, you don't need a guy when you shop at Home Depot! They are very informative and helpful and will help get your stuff to your car and be fun to talk with at the same time. I find out that I have way more questions than I expected, even about things I think are straightforward, and I learn something every time I go in.

Dirty store, very unhelpful service. Won't recommend!

I like the fact that what your looking for is easy to find due to the aisles and shelves are clearly marked. It seems the associates are knowledgeable about whatever your project is.

I live closer to another store but I prefer this Home Depot Location because of the helpful and friendly sales staff. They far surpass any other Home Depot Store I have ever visited.

The store was clean, assistant available, helpful and friendly, found item in a timely manner and check out was easy.

I waited too long in line before finding out that the cashier was waiting for clarification on pricing. She might have turned her line light off to let us know not to stand in her line, but she didn't do that. After finally cashing out, I waited approx. 20 mins for someone to help me put my purchase in my car. But after waiting too long, I went to the the greeter and asked for help and her response was " looks like no one is responding." She finally helped me to get in my car, but I waited much too long to ever recommend this store. I won't be back and I will try McGuckins in Boulder for better customer service.

The associates at the check out were extremely friendly towards me and my dog. Both of them gave my dog treats.

I was looking for a counter top that was reasonably priced, but offered stain-resistance, heat tolerance, and was stylish also. Found a new product-Hi Mac online, and went in and looked at it. It looks great, and will go with a marble back splash. I can't wait to have it installed!

Got custom made shades, great selection, great service, and great deal !

The store was clean and well organized. I found the products I was looking for. The prices were marked well below the competitor. I was quite impressed with all the associates I came in contact with. They knew where each product was located.

Overall the store is excellent. The only issue I've ever had there is the woman associate who apparently runs the kitchen cabinets/counter tops area. She's been rude to me three times. I spend a lot of money at this Longmont store. I will not, however, purchase my new counter tops from this store due to this associates behavior.

As I was checking out the cashier suggested a Home Depot card to save $25 on purchase. Within 5 mins I was signed up, paid for my lumber, and saved money. The cashier was fantastic.

This store is always clean and well stocked. When you can find an associate they are normally very well informed. The gentleman that helps with the wood measuring and cutting is very nice and always very helpful. He also does a good job of measuring and cutting the wood to size. I like coming to this Home Depot for that very reason. I like just looking around at Home Deport because they always have new merchandise and ideas.

Always able to find what I need quickly. The garden center is wonderful and my plants thrive.

I still love Home Depot but find that all associates are not on the same page. When I am doing large purchases I will get price match guarantees, etc. in writing. I've had several experiences the past few months where I found associates to be rather disrespectful. Please teach your associates to by respectful again. And please post in writing when you have price match guarantees with appliances and when you've ended this program. I was told that they would price match for 30 days and then when the appliances went down in price the manager at the desk was not helpful and actually shorted my $150 of the money I should have received back. I don't find this acceptable. She did give me some of the credit...........but not all of it.

Very helpful and knowledgeable young associate in the plumbing area. Spent time helping me figure all components needed to repair and install new shower piping

Last weekend, I had to rent one of the Home Depot's trucks to haul a pallet of stone back to my house. The front desk did a great job coordinating with Lawn and Garden to get the pallet ready for me and having the pallet fork lifted onto the truck. Everything went flawlessly.

Love my local Home Depot. It was organized, clean, and friendly.

The people, there; were very helpful, when we needed to look for something, that we could not find. Or; if, we did not know; if, they would have it, or not. They; let us know, if; they had it, or not., as well.

I shop here all the time. Good quality and well priced.

This isn't so much about the store as it is about the employee Angela in the paint dept. Her customer service skills are way way beyond anything I have experienced at any Home Depot. She is a gem of an employee. My experience with her alone made this visit an outstanding one. And, the Longmont Home depot is the best in Boulder County overall in my experience. Whatever Angela makes right now, you should double for the effect she has on your store.

The store was really clean, i like the flowers department it is my favorite, always found what i look i sometimes more.
