Store was clean, associates were friendly and since I couldn't pick up the grill immediately, they held it for me. That was a great feature.

My husband and I were looking for a pergola for our back yard. I had seen one on the website that interested me, and the site said that one was available in the Lorain store. We drove over to check it out, and to my great surprise they had it set up in the patio furniture area! Very quickly after looking at the pergola, an associate came over to help us. Not only was he extremely helpful in explaining what type and size of fastener we needed to get, he loaded up one of the boxed pergolas for us, took it to customer service, and then hooked us up with an associate in the hardware area to help us find the right things. This second associate was also VERY knowledgeable and super friendly. We got everything we needed and left with a very great understanding of how to set up our new pergola. It was an overall great experience.

Workers were friendly and helpful. Will continue to shop here always.

I needed to pick up 20 bags of rocks. The young man came right out to help me not only put in on the pull cart but then proceeded to put it in my truck. He didn't complain once. The store is always so easy to find someone who can help you. If they can't answer your question they will get someone.

store had every thing i came for just think that it could have been set up a bit diferent to move the amount of voulume the add had to offer but as far as help and service was great .

WENT IN ,GOT WHAT I NEEDED, NO HASSLE, PAID FOR IT , HAD HELP LOADING AND WENT HOME.

I never have any problems at this store. The employees are helpful. I'm in this store about 2 to 4 times each week. I us the electric cart to get around the store, which is very helpful.

Only problem was some aisles were congested with product and rolling steps that employees use to reach higher products on upper shelving . I always use a mobile cart @ the store because of my disability. Had to back out of aisles that were congested.

We are remodeling our small bathroom so we have been to your store several times in the last 2wks. The employees are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable of their products in their departments. We had the good fortune to deal with a nice lady by the name of Colleen. She is in the Lorain store. She helped us find the tile and all the other products necessary to put the tile in. She also helped us and instructed us how to get the tile that we needed from another store. She made it very easy for us to do this. She's friendly and right there to help find things or answer any questions. She is an asset to your company. I'm sure we will be back to get more items before the project is completed.
