This store it is my understanding has recently went under a management change. The atmosphere and attitude of employees has changed. The employees under this current covid 19 remain positive and it is refreshing that they are still willing to be helpful under these stressful conditions. Keep up the good work HD Lorain! Special shout out to Sierra in paint excellent customer service.

I LOVE SHOPPING AT THIS STORE THE PEOPLE ARE SO NICE AND HELP ME GET IN AND OUT FAST. BEST PRO DESK IN OHIO LOVE SARA SHE MAKES IT SO EASY TO GET IN AND OUT. AND THE MANAGER DAVE IS THE BEST VERY FRIENDLY AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. AND I LOVE THE LADY IN HARDWARE OLGA SHE KNOWS HER DEPT AND IS ALWAYS VERY FRIENDLY. THANK YOU!!!!!!

Very helpful with purchase of new front door, lock sets, and two storm doors. Chrystal in the (door department?) was very helpful in specifying and selecting doors. She also provided matched lock sets and offered to key them to match other doors in my home. She arranged for contractor to very my door dimensions and install.

The people were very helpful in locating a type of luxury tile to match our needs.

My husband and I had visited the store many times and had many questions. All employees that dealt with us treated us as if it was our first time there. We had a great experience.

If you show you have 83 of something in your store online on your shelves , make sure you have it! I went there 3 different times and talked to hd management and it still wasn’t put on shelves.

I love this store almost all products I'm looking for are cheaper than Lowe's and of better quality!

Once month we head over to Home Depot for the FREE kids workshops. This particular store is clean and every employee greeted us with a "hello" and a smile. The workshops are always organized and clean!

I have spent thousands of dollars at this store since moving here from Virginia. There is a competitor closer, but I prefer to shop at this HD based on my answers.

The home and garden center is awesome! They have the best plants and flowers.

This store lacks friendly people and doesn't keep stock of sale items

People always available to help when I can't find something. Usually well stocked. the Location is Convenient for me with plenty of parking.
