Cashier remembers me for a year ago and asked about how my bee student project was going

We spent a lot of time looking for kitchen cabinet pulls. We were happy with our final choice from Home Depot and with the discount applied that I asked for.

I had a purchased a small toy elsewhere and was unable to remove the security disc. Glenn was so kind and ready to help me. He took care of it lickety split (I had tried earlier and stripped the screw, but he was more knowledgeable and took care of it in no time.) The little toy kept us amused talking to us as he worked. LOL

We are adding a second bathroom in our house and have gotten lots of the products from Home Depot that were exactly what we were looking for. The only recommendation I have would be to hire additional staff in the spring and summer months.

The gentleman who helped me with the paint was terrific. Very knowledgeable and helpfull on color and finish.

The Associate who helped with our order did a great job and answered all of our questions.

Have never used this store but I am regularly bombarded with other customers receipts and details of purchases despite continually asking for this to stop. So much for client confidentiality!

They no longer stock refrigerators. You have to wait a week for their delivery and pay extra for the delivery which I did not want

I love this store. No matter the department I go to, the employees go above and beyond to help.

Wompared to all of the other big box stores, Home Depot is the best. They do not try to sell you dead/dying plants and everything looks so fresh and healthy,

Associates get “caught up” in daily task and seem to ignore shoppers. Don’t let a shopper walk by you without at least say “hello”👋. Simply acknowledging shoppers makes us feel welcome and appreciated.

While in the store to purchase building materials for a new portico that I’m building on my home, Karen stopped and asked me if I needed any help. She helped me locate what I needed, and then invited me to check out at the Pro Desk. Following that, she was very helpful with the purchase of several items for this project. Lorenzo, whom I had met previously in the store, is always very friendly and open.

Thomas in the garden dept. Was extremely helpful loaded 25 bags of mulch for me

Warning: they have terrible return policies if you return goods and receive a merchandise card to use later you are the only one who can use it, not a family member or a friend, only the you. No other store does this

Most employees have zero knowledge no one knows where anything is their merchandising and pricing specialist need to be fired. Store is a mess. Barely anything is priced in the general Looking field store are awful.

two weeks ago I bought a $2200 John Deere lawn tractor. When it was delivered, I had to help the driver get it off the truck and was running late for work so I just pushed it into the backyard cause it didn’t come with gas. The next day when I woke up and went and looked at it I noticed there was 4.5 hours already logged onto the tractor and there were scratches on it. It was filthy and when I open the hood, it had been obviously used to cut someone else’s grass.

Could not find anyone at all to assist me.

The associates were not particularly friendly

We have had a challenging remodel to say the least, but the friendly knowledge staff at your Lynchburg Va. location has really helped ease some of the stress. We had to return/exchange some cabinets for countertops, because the original design just didn't work. We had a cabinet also lost in transit . The team which included Mary, Christopher , Karl and Cindy went above and beyond in assisting us and making everything right! They definitely deserve recognition, as I have terrible anxiety with panic attacks, they were kind , calm and understanding making what could of been disaster, into a positive satisfying experience. Home Depot Lynchburg will get the rest of our remodeling business, as we are doing a whole house renovation . Way to go Mary, Christopher, Karl and Cindy!

Keep more stock on the shelves and less in the isles

Everything I need is usually there

Our Lions Clubs were assembling supplies for 120 flood clean-up buckets to transport to southwest Virginia. Being in Farmville, we had exhausted searches in the stores there and believed Home Depot would have what we needed. We were not disappointed! We received wonderful service with great products. Thank you!

Home Depot should do more to support customer service. Self-checkout is not good for customer service.

Please make LARGE ROLLER CARTS, similar to those stored in the lumber dept. avail for customers in the GARDEN dept. to transport large purchases of landscaping block, bags of mulch, etc. etc. FUSTRATING to have to walk to the opposite side of the store to get one. The small ones currently stored at the garden dept. are useless for large orders.

Bear is one of the best paints. I love the can so that it doesn’t rust. Just wish the pourspout was a little longer.

I love shopping at this store all the staff are friendly and always looking to help you find your products and that is why I love shopping at my Lynchburg Home Depot.

I needed one small item that was not on the shelf but Sarah went and found one of those big ladders. She climbed up and found a box of similar items, went through it and found the exact item I needed. Wow!!! That is customer service! Thank you, Sarah!
