This store usually has all that I need to complete my projects.

The personnel are friendly & knowledgeable. The store manager is friendly, is always working himself, & has provided my husband & I with excellent suggestions. We go to Home Depot 10 times to Lowes 1 time.

Great service in paint and tools Associates Very helpful

I went to The Home Depot to get information about leaf blowers. At the customer service desk, I was directed to look for Randall in the leaf blower aisle. I found him waiting for me, and he was quick to show me my options. He explained various issues to consider, answered all of my questions and provided information that I didn't even know to ask. Randall was kind, patient and helped me to make an informed decision about my purchase.

I appreciate the help from the Associates. When I come to the store with a home owner's problem, they are helpful in obtaining a satisfactory solution. They seem to 'know their stuff".

The things that I always look for in my shopping experience in any store is the friendliness of the associates, their knowledge of their products, and their eagerness to help. I have always had a positive experience with Home Depot, compared to the "other" stores. Usually I will travel twice the distance to visit the Home Depot store in my area to avoid the "other" store. Customer service is a big issue with me (which, sadly, is almost extinct in most businesses today), and Home Depot goes the distance to ensure that I am satisfied. The only desire, or request, that I have is that they would build a store in my area closer to me. Until then, I will continue to patronize them rather than other competitors.

Joann (cashier) made our visit worth our time; she was nice, outgoing, and cheerful. Hope to see her again.

I was purchasing a power tool for my husband for Christmas. The salesman who helped me was very knowledgeable of the tools, how it operates, buying a single tool verses a bundle. I was very pleased with my selection and he even retrieved a box for me that wasn't dented. The sales clerk was very pleasant. She helped me open a Home Depot credit card and walked me through the process. I have always been satisfied with the experience at Home Depot. I shop here all the time.

The crew here is top notch. From Kristin, Chris at pro desk, Eva, and Roger. I've gotten to see these and many others almost daily in my line of work and consider them part of my work place family. All of those I've listed and those I have not, are extremely helpful and pleasurable to do business with.

Home Depot's Associates have been extremely helpful to me as I have been finishing my basement. They are knowledgeable and were able to help me solve several problems. Some items did not always work out as I had thought and the returns were totally without problems.

We have never bought a Christmas tree at HD before. This year we gave it a try and were really impressed. A manager was available to help us look at the trees and hold it so we could see it from all angles. They even had free hot chocolate and cookies for the kids (I had one too). Al in all a great family shopping experience. We will be buying from HD again.

This store offers competitive prices and a great selection. The staff are visible and eager to assist. I always love my experience shopping at Home Depot

All I needed was a string of X-mas lights. I made the mistake of going to Wal-Mart, where it took a long time to find a parking space. After I got the lights, I was stuck in their usual long checkout lines because once again Wal-Mart just can't bother to hire enough employees. After a long wait, I handed the lights back to an employee and said "I found these in two minutes, but I don't have fifteen minutes to wait to buy them." Then I did what I should have in the first place. I went to Home Depot. Found the lights at the same time and went through the self-service line in no time flat.

We were directed to the product immediately. Very easy to find and Princess helped us at check out. She was extremely pleasant and provided excellent customer service. She made it a very positive shopping experience!!

Just needed a few posted signs for my land. I had no idea where they were, I asked an associate and he led me right to a vast selection. Made my selection and paid and was out of there in no time.

The people here are very helpful and nice the store is in great shape

I am always pleased when I visit this Home Depot. The associates are always extremely friendly and helpful. I had a vexing problem trying to connect plumbing of two different sizes. I received assistance from an associate which solved my problem. This store is miles ahead of the other "big box" home improvement store in Lynchburg due to their wonderful associates. I will drive out of my way to visit our Home Depot rather than go to the other store, the difference is that profound.

We just purchased an older home in the Lynchburg area and with older homes renovations/repairs are necessary. After researching our options, we turned to Home Depot. We received so much help from the people there it was amazing. Gretchen in the Appliance Department is wonderful, helpful, knowledgeable, and made our "job" effortless. Every Associate we passed while in the store offered to help. We are grateful we have a Home Depot close to our new/old home. Thanks Home Depot.

Every time I walk in Home Depot in Lynchburg Va, I have been greeted, and have been asked if I needed any help while shopping, at least a half dozen times. Check out was fast as well. When I go to Lowe's now matter which one I've been to, check out takes forever, and if I need help finding something, always have to hunt someone down.. I've pretty much stopped going Lowe's unless there is no other option

I go past Lowe's to go to the,next town to get to yourstore. Plus I use Makita_tools. You carry them, Lowe's don't.

the store was exceptionally clean and all of the employees are very helpful in solving any questions i had.

I was very pleased with the immediate assistance of an associate as soon as I entered the department that I wanted. Customer relation was very good. I also was pleased with the assistance and courtesy of the cashier upon leaving.

Everything in store was perfect, everytime I visit store I'm pleased with out come.

Everyone was very helpful. An associate took down the item from overstock for us. And Minerva checked us out. very helpful.

Really enjoyed your team meeting on the floor the other morning

Needed a bale of straw and one other product. The cashier (Minerva) directed me to the correct isle for another product while arranging the straw bale to be loaded on my truck.

I find this store to be clean and well lighted, and the the staff are always there to help. Levi was very helpful in giving me an extra set of eyes to make sure i had the right size.

I never had issues with customer service. Everyone is friendly never hearing one complaint. It is always a struggle over @ Lowes to find help, let alone w/ a smile.

It is always a good experience to shop here. Tried other similar stores in town and always come back to Home Depot because I don't leave mad. You can always find an associate to help and they act like they are not aggravated to stop and help you. Keep up the good job!
