This bottomless cabinet is missing.

Been shopping at HD for years. Always have great variety of items and good prices.

I am always pleased with the stocking and the helpful staff in the Mahwah Home Depot. I would love it if I could be kept up to date on seasonal sale items and specials for good customers.

Best selection, most organized, clean, overly helpful staff. Stock is very accurate

It's a nice, clean and well stocked branch. The employees that I deal with are all helpfull and nice.

Came here Saturday Morning the 3rd to get supplies for my garden for the spring. I purchased both thai basil and regular sweet basil, orogano, rosemary and 8 different types of peppers and a bag of potting soil. The selection that this location had was fantastic, and my pepper varities go from mild to burn your biscuits.

I had a number of items to buy. With helpful assistance I found everything quickly.

I appreciate this location for stock on hand and convenience

They no longer man the registers and you are forced to self check out. When you get to the parking lot the guy who is supposed to be stacking the carts and helping customers is playing on his cell phone with his pants fully exposing his underwear. Where on earth have store managers gone?

I needed caulk and sandpaper. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Store was neat and clean

Have to redeem a gift card. An associate helped me make sure the total was reduced using the self check out. Thank you.

I always buy a full 24 count box of HDX paper towels, they are just like Bounty, if not better and much more reasonably priced!

I'm a pro x member, I approached the register to pay for my items, two employees were staying there talking to each other. They told me to go to a self checkout. After I scanned all my items, I tried using my Home Depot credit card and I got the message "authorizing in process" for 3 minutes. I pressed the "employee assistance/help button" and waited another 2-3 minutes - lots of employees were around but no one showed up. I finally went back to the register and asked an employee to scan my items. She did it with a huge attitude.

Not sure why the Mahwah HD staff is so good- but thank you and keep up the good work-

Certain sections consistently disorganized or short on product. Hard to find employees who can help with either missing or locked products. One in particular consistently nasty.

Bob at the front end and Russ on the sales floor make a great combination. Both always show me outstanding customer service. Both gentlemen have been there for years. This is why Mahwah Home Depot is my favorite store.

I cant tell you how satisfied I was with the level of service recently given to me by the gentleman manning the paint supplycounter. Not only was he VERY knowledgable across a number of products that I was buying but he also pointed out ways for me to save money in the process...cant beat that !!!

The Initial Employee I encountered was Totally Dismissive and did not appear to want to Communicate with me. Aftewr saying hello, good morning directely to Her, aND ASKING FOR HELP SHE BARELY UTTERED A RESPONSE I HAD TO SEEK OUT ANOTHER EMPLOYEE(S) WHO WERE VERY HELPFUL. HOME DEPOT SHOULD GET CUSTOMER FRIENDLY EMPLOYEES IN THE FRONT OF THE STORE!!

Always somebody to help. Always someone with a clear answer or they’ll find someone else who does. Excellent parking excellent customer service never can’t find an item.

Making a Christmas ornament at Home depot was so much fun!! After the craft the forklift workers were kind about the kids watching them load shelves while keeping them at a safe distance.

Poor quality this year. Dry and dead. Disappointed

Home owners and professionals are well serviced by Home Depot. This location has about everything you need for home maintenance or renovation. Employees are polite and helpful. I shop here multiple times per week. Never disappointed .

Went to home depot in monroe ny they claimed to have all 7 of the pre-hung doors I needed but could not locate them in store so I had to order them and have them delivered. They then rerouted my delivery to another store out of state! The order was scheduled for delivery Monday, so i had to take off work to get them. They did not arrive Monday, I was told that the driver was. So I had to take off work Tuesday as well, again they did not arrive. I was told that the truck broke down, so again I had to take off work Wednesday. Yet again they were not delivered, when I called they said the truck was in a accident and the doors were damaged that would receive them Thursday. AGAIN I had to take off work Thursday and yet again they were not delivered! When I called to see where they were i was told that the delivery was not in their system and that they would be delivered Friday! So now I will have missed an entire week of work and have to spend more money on contractors to be their everyday this week to install the doors than the doors actually cost me THAT NEVER CAME

Just went into Mahwah store last night and was lucky enough to have Neil help us. He is a true example of customer service, very knowledgeable, and worked with us to meet our needs. Neil is a huge assert to your store and especially the appliance department

Always have what I need at a reasonable price. Employees are always friendly and helpful
