I checked homedepot.com for a certain leaf blower and found that it was in stock. However, when I visited the store to make a purchase, I found that it was not available. With the help of two associates, one was located for me. I picked it up on the way home. I was very grateful and certainly will visit the store again.

They never have the products you need . Only one person in the entire store would help me . Thank you Roger DeGroat. Items always broken or out of stock.

Overall store is well stocked and usually quick to get in and out.

The product I purchased had damage to the outer packaging. The cashier inspected the product with me and offered a discount due to the condition of the packaging. This was excellent customer service and greatly appreciated. The product itself was undamaged and I felt like I received good value for money.

Had everything I wanted. I go there weekly since we just moved to a new house in the area.

I stop here all the time on my way home from work and never have a problem finding what I need and if so, there is usually an associate near by to assist me. I like the fact as a veteran, I get a 10% discount on anything I buy there.

associates in this store are almost always helpful and knowledgeable. A pleasure to shop here...

The store was clean, I shop the store a lot. I wish they would do the big work and pallet work at nite , instead of the morning, they close isles down to do pipe loading in plumbing and electrical isles and the salt on pallets. they should do this work at nite. Besides that all shopping there is good. Thanks again

Great experience, associates were available and knowledgable

The las few times I checked out, the sales associates did not bother to bag any of my items. I asked one of them for a bag and I was just handed a bag. I guess the store is trying to save money on bags? Or it's too much trouble to bag loose items? I thought that was extemeley rude and totally lacking in any kind of customer service.

tHE STORE WAS GOOD . PEOPLE WORKING ON PRODUCTS WHILE I WAS SHOPPING. STEVEN IN ELECTRICAL HELPED ME RIGHT AWAY . HE WAS THE BEST.

There were plenty of willing, concerned, and helpful associates to assist me in finding an outdoor thermometer.

Cashier offered to get me assistance to load and secure my oversize items. It is a nice service.

Products easy to find. Store employees are always helpfull

I was purchasing a gas grill. The associate I asked questions to was very helpful including helping me load it on the dolly. As I paid I asked for someone to help me load the heavy, and bulky item into my car. The associate was there at once and was very helpful, and cheerful. A good experience.

The store was clean and busy. When I needed help, the staff was always helpful and friendly.

I am always impressed with the helpfulness of the associates and their knowledge on the various projects I am working on.

This store is better than the Paramus store but it is still so hard to find things and then to find an associate that is not helping others. I hate being rude and blurting out my question, but I just don't have the time to wait to have a simple "where is...?" answered.

I have used both Mahwah and Paramus Home Depot stores and have mostly found both stores to have friendly and help full people. Just a few days ago I looked up if home depot had butyl caulk. On HD website it indicated that their were 13 butyl cartrages in stock. When I got their could not find in paint department. Ask sales person and she could not find it, she even went to roofing area was not their so looked up on computer and indicated that it had to be ordered and shipped to store. The website was wrong.

Great store, very organized, clean, associates are super friendly and helpful, garden section is especially organized and clean (better than the Paramus location).

I returned 4 GFCI outlets (color does not match) a week ago. For some reason then associate only scanned and returned 2 of them to my credit. I reminded the associate that there were 4 GFCI. She told that 2 goes to credit card and 2 goes to store credit. I was a little confused but too busy to take another look at the receipt. Days later, when I checked credit card statement. I found that the refund amount is not right. So I went to Mahwah home depot to take a chance. It was difficult to explain or hard for some associates to believe my story. Even I showed them my purchase receipt. However the manger decide to trust me since we have bought a lot of stuff from them every year.

I DIDN'T NEED TO HUNT FOR THINGS. THERE WAS AN ASSOCIATE ALWAYS WALKING BY WHO WOULD OFFER TO HELP IF I LOOKED LOST.

Like all the Home Depot stores I've shopped at they have a great selection, knowledgeable and helpful staff, and good prices - a good combination.
