Bought this for my mowing trailer. The tilt pin fell off the yolkshaft as a result of my own negligence. The trailer has been down for 2 weeks while I waited for my SSI check. Now, back to mowing.

Overall this is a really good Home Depot customer service is always on point and they are always ready to assist

This Home Depot location is by far the best, it is the standard for which all other Home Depots should take notice. The employees here are quick to help and are very friendly does two things go a long way for a customer's experience.

I had a special order that came in damaged. It turns out I was able to use it anyway. The young lady who was helping me arranged for a discount and I left the store a happy man. Fantastic customer service.

The young lady that helped me with the tool Rental was very helpful. Her name was Hannah . I believe I would be more likely to rent other tools if they were available at this location, including vehicles and trucks. When returning the item process was very easy and efficient use of my time. I appreciate the service.

The employees are what makes this store so special they are so friendly and willing to help it is like a breath of fresh air. If you can walk into this store and get passed a few isles without someone asking if you need help I would be shocked. This store is quita a bit farther that other Home Depot stores but it is worth the drive.

Here you are, asking me to write a review, right after I just got one writing a review in the survey you sent me. IT is well below average for a large corporation, and the staff at the store are outstanding. They shouldn't have to put up with your IT department, which is built on a culture of failure and excuse making. It has to be, or it wouldn't be so dysfunctional.

This location is great! Although on the smaller side, every employee seems to be knowledgeable. Bill and Freddie in electrical are the best, the are alway more than willing to help find an item or climb the ladder to get me something.

The employees in this store, managers and and others, make it very clear that their objectives are to provide excellent customer service. They greet you when you enter the store, ask if you need any assistance, and truly make you feel appreciated. It's a small store but always have what I am looking for.

The Manchester TN Home Depot consistently provides good customer service!! It is hard to find that at most stores now.

I started a paint project and got excellent service fro mthis department

I was passing through Manchester, TN. when Experienced a leak in my pneumatic system. I stopped at this Home Depot and was greeted by an associate (Ms. Jackie) who offered her assistance. She not only knew the store by the parts as well.. this is a clean and well stocked store and highly recommended.

I was helped immediately by Jackie who showded me where the flat shopping carts were. She asked if I needed any help. I said yes I'm going to be getting a new toilet. She radioed for for Dan/Daniel I believe was his name he was working plumbing that day. He was very helpful with finding everything I needed to complete the job of replacing my old toilet. He also went over some pros and cons vs different toilets. Then he helped me load the toilet into my car. Great experience!

I LOVE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN I WALK THROUGH THE DOOR, I WAS GREETED BY A YOUNG LADY NAME HEATHER, AND SHE WAS AWESOME. TOLD ME THE CORRECT ISLE I NEEDED TO GO TO AND WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. JOB WELL DONE.

This is a small Home Depot so don't expect to find a huge variety of items on the shelves. But...the store is clean and employees very nice and helpful. If you have to order something, the help at the pick-up counter is great.
