I went this past Sunday looking for something I could not find in my home town in McMinnville. The employees were awesome. There was no generic, robotic greeting from the employees. They were friendly, kept busy, excellent greeting, helpful service, registers open and no waiting in line, a person available for assistance everywhere I went without having to track someone down, and the shelves were well stocked. It was very clean and things were easy to find. A fantastic experience that started my day off in the right direction. They made me feel like a person and not just a number.

This store may be small (My realtor described this store as a "baby" store) but the employees have a big heart and will help you to the ninth degree

When entering your company (Home Depot in Manchester, TN) and have passed 4 employees, which not one greeted us to Home Depot nor did they ask us if we need any assistance or finding the product that we came to Home Depot.
