The staff was courteous and helpful once I found someone. Other than that it was just like any other Home Depot I stop at. Wish they carried more half inch socket adapters. Seems that any Home Depot I go to has a limited supply.

Poor management and support, there's always carts all over the parking lot. My truck has been hit 2x by carts and the stores insurance won't take care of it.. Dent is still there. At least the orange paint came off

JC and his employees rock! I drove 40 minutes one way and passed at least 4 HD stores to get there, because they had a tool box in stock. I will continue to make the drive to Mansfield, just because of JC and his crew. It is enjoyable to know there are people out there that believe the customer experience is what it is all about. Thank you Mr. JC! JC could do HD well, to travel around the Metroplex and train others on how to take care of the customer and how to train others to enjoy their job. It shows in Mansfield.

I absolutely love going to this store location. Many of the employees greet me by my name, which I suppose they paid attention to my hundreds of store trips and using my Home Depot credit card. The manager, Gil McDonald, he is the kindest person, he also greets me by my name since he’s helped me with several special orders. He and his employees are especially kind to my service dog, Mia. Love the energy that this site has.

I waited for 30 minutes to get someone to unlock a weed eater I wanted to buy. Multiple employees walked right past without any offer of help. I asked two different employees if they could find someone to get the weed eaters unlocked but just stood there waiting. I got the impression they could care less whether I shop there or not and actually felt like it was a bother to have to unlock the weed eaters for me

I had some issues with dead plants. Ran into manager Gil McDonald while shopping. He solved my issue in minutes and I was off purchasing new plants and other gardening supplies. I absolutely appreciate the kind person that Gil is and his willingness to help. Always a huge help. Thank you Gil 👍🏼

If I can not find something I need, there is always an employee close by ready to help me. As a Senior, I appreciate this.

Carefully look at your receipt. I purchased $73 worth of items and checked out in the garden section. I did not save my paper receipt. I check the credit card online and was charged $80. Where'd the money go? Fraud? I will be watching the employee at check out from now on and keeping my receipt.

I have been a customer for many many years and can see for myself how terrible customer service is now a days,especially with retail giants like Home Depot!

I was charged three times for the same purchase, and no Home Depot representative seems to know how to fix it. Since their employees are unable to resolve the issue, I’m now working with my bank to dispute the charges!

I recently purchased a home in this area, and I have visited the Mansfield store multiple times to purchase things from various departments. Each visit has been productive and pleasant. The staff has greeted me warmly and asked if I needed assistance. Then they proceeded to help me find what I needed. I really like this Home Depot location.

Used to love this location, but it seems like the turn over rate has risen. Not very many familiar faces and the new people are not quick to greet or even help. Good choice on service desk staff with Alisha though. Always helpful when needed and unless shes busy says “welcome to the store”. Could use a few more like her.

I’ve been working on my new house for 2 1/2 years. I only shop at the Mansfield Home Depot for a couple of reasons. Everyone there is kind. They are all willing to help. I believe that the attitudes of the employees is a direct reflection of their leadership, Management, Gil. I feel very fortunate, comfortable shopping for items for my home at this store. Always kind employees, a direct reflection of their caring leadership and family vibes

Bought a brush a few days ago

I was very impressed with the staff at this homedepot. I normally shop in fort worth at lakeworth or basswood. Basswood employees are NOT helpful at all, Lake Worth is better but can't hold a candle to the folks at the Mansfield store.

Today, I needed help loading a cumbersome height-adjusting table onto the back of my truck bed. Mr. Prince was exceptionally helpful. Usually, when I find him at the store, I can ask him questions to find something.

The associates are always knowledgeable and helpful

I recently purchased a new dishwasher from the Mansfield HD. The installers were professional, polite and knowledgeable. I appreciated their great customer service.

To much junk in aisles, lazy employees.

My family found themselves in quite the urgent need of a stand up freezer. This store location had one available and gratefully Beth in the Appliance Department held it until we could get there to purchase it. She was such a friendly and attentive sales representative and because of her stellar demeanor and care for the customer she made this purchase so much fun and we feel so blessed that we were able to make our purchase with her. Beth more than deserves recognition for her customer care and her professionalism.

I never have issues when I do curbside. Celeste and Brittani both loaded my curbside into my car.

Always a good experience when I come shop here. Brittani helped me find exactly what I was shopping for.

I found a new gas cap for my mower, air filter, oil, & string for my weedeater. My mower is over 5 years old. Runs like new now.

Exactly what I needed

I go in quite often as I’m remodeling my house, and there are a few employees I would always come back to get assistance from…other than that, most of the time I can’t find anyone to help me or they don’t talk to me.

Matthew did a great job at the Traeger tent smoking chips and meatballs! He extremely nice and shared some grilling tips. It added a little fun to a routine shopping trip.

The help I received today from JC at this store was above and beyond. Because of him and his help and knowledge I was able to purchase an outside light that needed to be hard wired in. He helped add the plug to this light once he found out I was planning on doing it myself (I am 70 and female). He is and outstanding and very pleasant young man. Thank you

We came here looking to buy a replacement water heater and Jose in plumbing was helpful in setting up the delivery. The delivery was prompt and after struggling all day with trying to install ourselves, we returned to the store and Jose was there again to help us out. He gave recommendations on what we’d need to fix our issue and never made us feel like we were inconveniencing him. Thank you so much for helping us!

It was rather late in the evening and probably the end of many employees shifts but no less than three people greeted me with a smile and asked if they could help me in any way. I didn’t need any help and knew where I was going but it was great to be greeted by genuinely kind people. Shamiya was my cashier and she also greeted me with a smile and was very cheerful and polite. Very nice gal. I wish we had employees like her where I work!!
