I love how I can always find an associate in the store and get immediate helps. The staff is friendly even when they are busy. Most of the time they have what I need in stock and if they don't have it, they'll help me find it what it is I need.

Many businesses have shifted so that the customer is required to serve themselves, answer their own questions and basically take care of themselves. The Home Depot in Mansfield failed when it came to customer service. The employee was more interested in texting on her phone than taking care of the customer. I was definitely not impressed.

A week ago I needed help with getting the right product for my lawn care. I had no idea what to do or get but once in the store I begin to ask and I received a lot of help and assistance. They were knowledgable and friendly, usually you only get one of those characteristics, not both! My experience was great at the store!

Would not honor military discount without having to find an application on line and register our ID. Showing ID should have been sufficient!!!

Long lines at self check out. No other registers open up front. Plenty of unconcerned Employees standing around not their problem. Asked for assistance and got an I don't know.

The customer service in this store has declined! I rather go to the store on cooper and I-20

I bought my refrigerator here and Daniela was extremely helpful to me! She was knowledgeable and very professional. Wonderful all around experience shopping Home Depot!

Shop around and found Home Depot the best price.

I went thru Sherrie's line this morning to purchase some liquid electrical tape. She greeted me with a warm, friendly smile. I always try to go thru her line when possible because she is always so pleasant

Best Customer Service that I have ever received in Home Depot. Home Depot of Mansfield Texas should be proud of employees.... they have trained them well.

April was more than helpful in getting my new washer and dryer purchased, delivery setup and walking me through the warranty and extended warranty. I left fully understanding everything and confident in my purchase because of April.

We were looking for a lot of little fixtures, plugs, etc... We were approached twice by very helpful employees who walked us to every aisle we needed to find our items. Super people on the job there!!

I had assistance from multiple people, instead of having to search isles for help. An item was not available so a price adjustment on a more expensive item was done to assist me. Even had help loading it into my car- amazing!

Ted in the electrical department was simply outstanding in patiently helping me to understand how to fix a complicated electrical problem. He showed me what to buy and helped me to understand how to use it in order to fix the problem. I can't sing his praises high enough!

I have visited this location several times and their customer service has been consistently great!

Associates are so helpful, especially Gil. He stopped what his doing to personally walk me to the items I needed for a home project.

I truly enjoy shopping at this store. The employees are always nice and go above and beyond to help me find what I'm looking for. I like that I always feel like family, not just another customer.

This is a very convenient location as it next to a lot of other stores I routinely visit.

After spending $1450 on a riding lawnmower and waiting 30 minutes there was no help loading it up. Wife and I loaded it ourselves with the help of another customer.

Christy and April in the appliance department are very kind and attentive workers. I was very pleased with the way they helped me with my purchase. I highly recommend them to anyone needing help.

Employees at this store are amazing and very helpful, it is by far one of the cleanest home depots i have visited as well as easy to get in and out.

Bought an Air Conditioner. LG 22,000 btu. Did not work. Store could maybe get another one in, but did not have one to trade for the non-functioning unit. Was told it might take 3 to 5 days for my bank to have my money.

It's sad to see that the values of Home Depot have gone down the drain. As a former employee we were taught to greet the customers all the time. Not only did I not get greeted but at least 7 associates walked past me without saying hello. The last couple of times with shelves being empty and thanks to the HD app, I've been able to find the product myself in the overhead. I have also called ahead for a visual stock check only to be told by the employee that it's out of stock even though the app said there was 40 on hand. I have then driven to the store and end up finding it on the shelf! Just nothing but laziness from the employees.

Mansfield is my favorite Home Depot location.

Don't ever, ever use the installation services at Home Depot. Completely inept. The worst experience I've ever had with any retail organization.
