The staff were so friendly and helpful and knowledgeable! Greeted me at the door, offered to help, led me to the product andsmiled and thanked me on my way out!

Gardening Associate was very helpful looking for this product as a complete set but it became clearer by the ad, its the tool plus free battery. The store just refused to sell it.

I go to a home improvement store at least 15 times a week, and always enjoy going to this store the best. The employees are fantastic and knowledgeable. I cannot say the same about other stores. They are quick to help me when I have a question. Shout out to: Chris and Dave in hardware for helping me track down some frustratingly hard to find fasteners. Scott in plumbing for his knowledge in helping me get the right parts when I wasn’t sure how to proceed. The wonderful cashiers and service desk for being welcoming. Andy for always helping however he can. Charlie for being a great forklift driver and loader. Pat at the pro desk for always getting me the best prices he can Thanks guys and gals for making an otherwise draining work day have a little bit of sunshine in it!!

Bought a shelving unit for $199 and went back one week later to buy another. It was now on sale for $169. Rang up at full price but Edward had a supervisor come with me and verify pricing. I mentioned my prior purchase and he sent me to Carly in customer service who refunded the difference from my purchase the week before. Saved me $60......if they're still on sale I may go buy two more.......

In all departments, I found the staff to be knowledgeable and helpful.

I purchase a lot of my remodeling needs at the home depot, For the most part,I can find what I need. I must say, that my local store is staffed with personable, friendly, and helpful emplyees.

Middletown store has always been very helpful searching out products for me. Cashier and loaders are very pleasant.

I’ve been to many Home Depot’s throughout CT and nowhere has as competent and friendly associates as Middletown.

This store doesnt have bags. Cashier told me they dont buy bags to give the customers to carry their stuff out to their car.

Good clean store with helpful employees.

I'm closing on my first home on Monday and decided that today was the day I can finally purchase an exterior door that I have been eyeing since the start of my house hunting process. Justin and his coworker Charlie I believe his name was sales person (CVA01CR) went above and beyond to congratulate me on my new home. They spent a lot of time telling me how much they enjoyed working at Home Depot and spoke about the partnership Home Depot has with various local contractors that can install my new exterior door. I was very pleased with their attentiveness and went ahead made my appointment to get my door measured. They made my first purchase for my first home really exciting. After I left the store I went ahead and ordered a new mailbox too.

The staff at the Middletown Home Depot are always so friendly and very helpful. The store is always clean and stock full of whatever I need.

Middletown Home depot has its problems. When I went to self check out the system refused to accept a gift card that had been issued 8 days ago claiming it did not match the ID it was issued against. It then zeroed out the gift card without providing any credit against my purchases. It is inexcusable to field a system that steals from customers and makes me wonder how carefully Home depot runs their other IT systems. Many of the low level associates were kind and helpful, almost as if they knew they were being evaluated, but the checkout experience was literally theft. Fortunately a manager believed me and issued a credit ( which was less than the value of the lost gift card ) to somewhat offset the loss. In the middle of this 20 minute checkout ordeal the cashier took the time to make a totally useless and silly announcement over the store intercom to amuse some of his friends in line behind me. Unprofessional and tone deaf. This bad behavior more than wiped out all the friendly and thoughtful assistance I received from 2 different associates while shopping. After shopping at HD for over 35 years I think I've finally reached my limit with today's experience

I stopped in to purchase a string trimmer with leaf blower combo kit. I was also looking for an extra battery. Genevieve and Dave assisted me and located the battery and also matched the online price. They were kind, patient, friendly and engaging. It was a great experience and I will definitely be going back in the future.

Store is clean and organized. I was able to find merchandise easily. Love this location above others.... Staff is available, friendly and helpful and they find you, before you need them. Thanks.

Today I needed help getting wood to make a garden bed. Greg offered to help me figure out the length and amount. He gave me lots of advice for my project and answered other questions I had. He is really a fantastic employee who went above and beyond with his expertise and kindness. Outstanding customer service and great energy!

The staffs for this particular store are like family. I can't say much but, to say they are amazing, friendly.

Jamie waited on me and she was very pleasant. She answered my questions and didn’t hesitate to help answer my questions. I also like the fact Middletown Home Depot was well organized and SPOTLESS.

I have never had a problem with any of the employees at this store always friendly and ask if I need any help. Sometimes I do but for the most part it is easy enough to locate what I need on my own,but it is nice to know they are their if I need help.
