I went in to Home Depot to get at few cleaning supplies and a vacuum. I came across 2 employees who greeted me and asked if I needed any help. They both went out there way to help me find what I needed. I hate not knowing there names but both were so kind and helpful. Excellent customer service 100%. Definitely recommend this location.

I asked one employee where a certain item was, and another employee overheard, said he would take me to that aisle and that product. We had a little discussion about what I was going to use it for and needed to take some measurements which he helped me do. Because I forgot my tape measure! Then when I was decided on using that product. He carried it to the check out for me and then loaded it into my car. Amazing!

The new registers make everything so much faster.. Thank you

I love my local Home Depot. I am shopping to soon replace my home flooring and carpeting. I am confident to use the experts at choosing and installing my new flooring throughout the whole house.

Donald, a tattooed man in his probably late 30’s covered in tatts (not that it matters — just don’t want to confuse him with some one else), darker tan complexion with black hair in returns clearly didn’t want to help w/my return, I didn’t have a receipt for the items I purchased as I just moved and just recently unpacked the box with some of my returns. He kept slamming buttons on the screen & muttering stuff under his breath “how the stupid computer wasn’t working” touching random buttons that didn’t make sense and slamming his hands down on the counter. He then insisted that they don’t sell the items I was trying to return. He scanned one item it didn’t come up right away but then I’m not sure if he figured out how to do a non-receipted return but he scanned it again after and as by miracle the item all of a sudden appeared in the system. He asked when I purchased them & I said at most 6 months ago I don’t remember but pretty sure it was in Jan/Feb and I told him from the get go that I don’t have a receipt nor the gift card I used for the purchase and he kept huffing and puffing and saying how returns can only be made within 90 days. Okay… I’m not going to apologize to someone for my own stuff taking precedence over a few small items that needed to be returned and were lost the last couple of months in the move. Overall SUPER uncomfy and not helpful he tried to tell me that I didn’t purchase the items at Home Depot. At one point he seemed like he was trying to stall or not even attempt to return the items as he was pressing random buttons. I brought them back in the original packaging unopened and still in the same Home Depot plastic bag that you get at check out but ok. Guy seemed on a trip. Rude and overall unpleasant. Maybe he was having a bad day idk.

I bought some lumber on April 04 , 2 Hispanic employees needs more training on customer service and instead of ignoring and avoiding eye contact to customers

The Mira Mesa Store has always been our "go to" store ever since it opened!! Close-by, people always answer my questions and even made friends with a few of the employees over the years.

Although I always have great experiences with Home Depot employees. Ethan stood out among the best! Great customer service from someone who obviously cares about his customers! Great job Ethan!

I got my water heater replaced through the home depot. It was about 1k cheaper than what other companies quoted me at (Final bill was $2400 for a 10 gallon water heater in the attic of a business address, other places quoted me above $3500). They outsourced the job to Delta Mechanical in San Diego and those guys were friendly and efficient. Super easy process for me. Would recommend to anyone.

Good place to buy all construction materials

I needed help in locating a specific product, I thought I had the correct item in my cart and when I asked for a confirmation, I had several ladies from the pro center assist me and got me to the correct product that I needed. I asked another rep to help put the 50lb bags in my cart, he stopped what he was doing to help me. I checked out and needed assistance in getting the heavy items in my car. Chris took some time from the self-service checkout to assist me. He was very kind, conversational and helpful to help me because I would not be able to life the 3 heavy 50 lb bags. I am so grateful for all of the kind, helpful and knowledgeable people who happily helped make my shopping experience perfect.

Why is self check out there when they have Clarissa making a scene if you don’t let her help you? Sure she is special needs and that’s great, but I don’t wanna deal with her or anyone else that’s why I go to self check out. Second time she does this thing and the poor supervisor gets stuck with having to deal with her all day long. Just ridiculous

The cashier was distracted. I walked up and no one else was in line. I turned my back to help a lady behind me and when I turned around she was helping someone else. After doing a self checkout, during which she was on the phone, I asked for her name and started expressing my displeasure of her priorities when she interrupted me to say he was there before. I said he wasn't there when I walked up and she interrupted me again before I could finish. She offered no apology nor was she pleasant in the least.

Rifqa shines bright and is very knowledgeable about Hone Depot products

I'm not "handy," so repairs are intimidating & seeing walls of parts can be overwhelming. Charles in Plumbing was knowledgeable & helpful. He didn't have to go to a computer - he knew the parts in his area well enough to know if it was there or not. HD didn't stock the part I needed, but he took the time to look at it & found an easy solution for my problem. He patiently watched me repeat the steps so I felt confident I could do it. You can bet I will return for all my home repair needs.

Evan working the Christmas tree lot is AWESOME, friendliest HD employee I've ever encountered (no, I am NOT related to him, not even his friend). Excellent service, my whole family was impressed.

On two inquiries about different products, a female employee helped me locate lamp repair equipment. A male employee that I found in the kitchen department helped me to locate lampshades. Unfortunately, the shades were glass and I desired cloth. Those two employees demonstrated excellent customer service with knowledge, pleasant attitudes and personalities.

In the planning stages of many projects. The HD sales associates have been very helpful and knowledgable in helping me decide on materials and options from which to choose, based upon my vision and considering my budget. I can post a more detailed review with photos when the projects are finished.

Cashier was friendly, pleasant, and super helpful. She helped me save 25% by taking the time to sign me up for the HD credit card. Superb employee!

I was great location and service

Website shows inventory available but when I went to the store, there was no stock at all. Charged for an empty can of paint I had brought to reorder. Store was dirty, stock scattered around. Loooonnnggg check out lines, even at customer service.

Would love to have something to actually review, other than they take your money and say someone will call in 2-3 days and set up a time for measuring your project. The only way for an update past day three is to call. No one picks up the phone.

He helps me do a detailed color matching. He help sense sample at different spot, get a compromised average. He helps check the delta of color additives from existing paint so that we can tune the color to be better match. That's a really hard and time consuming work. Tony is patient and good at color sensing.

Parkson in the appliance department helped me find a great deal for a refrigerator, washer, and dryer that fit all my requirements.
