This is not the nearest Home Depot. However, this is the most convenient and fun location for us . Eat and shopping 🛍️ for clothes , groceries and house projects .. all in one area.

I often got workers' help to locate the items. Many store employees are warm-hearted and willing to help. That makes my shopping pleasant and efficient.

Don't get a Ply Gem window; you get what you pay for & they are too cheap for a reason: come with tons of window sealant took 45 minutes for a store mgr & I to get off only to find over a 1.5' scratch between the 2 panes & the 2nd window also similar issues. Until they get a new mgr to take responsibility for window quality I would not use the special order windows but other than that, 33 years of the most helpful & nice people working there.

Our cashier during our return named Brenda was not friendly at all. She didn’t welcome us and kept rolling her eyes at us. We just wanted to be in and out of the store. But questioned our return and when we tried giving an order number she yelled, “hold on”with attitude. Worst experience I’ve ever had at this store.

Katherine was the cashier who helped me. Very easy to return and purchase a different item in the same lane. It was just a different type of light bulb color that I needed and she did it all in one transaction

I came to buy some hose bibs. The people there are very friendly, professional, and patient to answer my questions, guide me to the products and explain what they are. Overall I'm very happy and satisfied shopping in this store.

Great customer service from the casher.

I was over priced on the self checkout .Showed the employee the wrong price. He said go back and take a photo! Ok. It took me too long to come back. Showed it to employee. He compared and corrected mistake. Much appreciated.

I bought the Gorilla extendable ladder. It was really good and served exactly what I was looking for. Home Depot had a few in stock so I could get one without waiting.

I went to buy 2 boxes at self checkout. Explain to me why the worker there took it upon himself to approach me, stand then waiting for the receipt, then grab it and hand it to me. Did you think I was stealing $3.84 worth of boxes? Never requested help or asked for assistance. In fact I get a military discount and know how to scan everything hence why I went to self check out. Felt like harassment!

I have been coming to this store for 10+ years and have only encountered one instance where I had to wait any significant amount of time to check out. This store also seems better staffed than other stores. I am always able to find someone when I need assistance.

I got to the cashier (Jayashree) check out she scans blue scotch painters tape size 1.88 for $8.48 i informed her that the display said $7.98 she said there is nothing she can do. So i walked back to paint dept and asked if they could fix this. The nice lady at paint gave me a slip to give to the cashier to mark the price down. I go back up there and she immediately says, “did you grab the correct ones because I can’t change the price here” I showed her my slip and she changed the price. Now she is sarcastically scanning with attitude and says ill bag at the end. Because i was starting to gather the already scanned items. After payment she took 3 bags and just very dismissive tossed them out her hands and as 2 fell she didnt help to pick them up she didnt help to bag any items at all she just moved on to the next customer leaving me standing there bagging the rest of my order up. ( this is all on camera at 10:38am 11-4-22) i visit this store 4 times a week for business purposes I hold a Home Depot pro member credit card and spend over $500 each time i enter. I asked to speak to a manager about this but the manager was very busy and I couldn’t wait any longer than 20 mins which i had already waited so i just left. But she needs an attitude adjustment or she doesn’t need to be on the frontline of customer service. Fyi nobody changed the pricing mistake its still reading and scanning at the wrong price making customers who don’t look closely pay almost $1.50 per roll from this mistake.

I stopped in to purchase several plants from HomeDepot. As I entered the store it was so clean and organized that I toured the entire store to see what all they had to offer. Several times I had employees ask if they could be of assistance. How nice is that! When I entered the garden section, all the plants were fresh and in excellent condition. The outside area was very clean and organized, and since it was it was easy to purchase even more than I intended - their selection was awesome. Management should be proud. The cashier was knowledgeable, fast and ever so kind. What a great experience. I look forward to going back again soon to purchase even more plants and appliances for my rental property.

who ever is on charge does not care about their customers at all. over 12 people on line to check out and only 2 registers open and was told no they don't open more registers.

I went to the Home Depot to get a piece of wood to cover a large window after an AC installation. I was there before with the wood ready when I was told that the cutting saw under repair. This time, I asked an associate by the name of "Hunter" if it was fixed. He said yes and he can help cut. He waited for me to get the wood; this time I got two pieces. He then cut them to the dimensions I requested. He was very kind and courteous. He makes my shopping experience at The Home Depot a pleasant one. Thank you!
