I was very please shopping at this Mira Mesa Home Depot store

The item I wanted was in stock and the restroom was clean.

Need more associates on weekends. Also need more training. Some associates more knowledgeable than others.

I had an excellent customer service experience at this store. There was some confusion about model numbers of the grill I bought but the staff was super helpful we got everything worked out. I could not have been more impressed with the willingness of the sales staff to get everything worked out. Everyone I came in contact with through out this process was great. It is this kind of customer service that will get me back in that store!

One of the great things about this store; is that I can call them, or go in, in person; if ever I have a question about a product, or home improvement project. Their advice comes freely, and Home DEPOT really seems to hire experienced personnel; so they can tell you in detail, ( and quite often to their own experience), how particular products work, and/or how to install certain items for your home. It's so nice to know that I can call someone, if I have a question about a particular project; rather than pay a professional (way more money), than it would cost me to do it on my own; (plus I learn something.) Store associates always provide valuable advice and help me find the right products so I get it right the first time.

I have a back problem, and purchased a heavy item. The store associate was most helpful in getting me to the checkout, and loading my item in the car.

An associate saw me lifting blocks and immediately came over and helped. And there was no waiting in line. And the cashier was happy to see me too.

We are currently working on a home remodel and we use Home Depot for our one-stop shop to get all the tools we need. Excellent prices and we usually find what we need in store (and if not, then on HomeDepot.com).

I just wanted to commend the excellent service of Lilly, Jasmine, Kelly and Brandon. We had a special garden workshop at the store for our daughter's birthday. The associates mentioned above were very generous, patient, and kind helping coordinate and run the workshop for ten or so 6 year olds. Everyone had a great and fun experience. Thank you, Home Depot!

I HAD A GREAT TIME BUYING MY PRODUCT AT THE STORE. THE CASHIER WAS VERY KIND.

The clerk loudly accused me of stealing the items in my cart. I had just completed checkout with a clerk standing adjacent to this accuser. Upon showing my receipt of payment, the response was (in a sarcastic tone) 'Fine'. I felt like this was Guilty until proven innocent. No apology, just sick, smugness. I will not visit this location again. Make sure to have your receipts displayed proudly upon exit or you run the risk of being called a thief in a very loud, public tone! I certainly this does no happen to anyone else... fingers crossed. In fairness, I have had several wonderful experiences at this location in the past, it only takes one (or a few) to break trust and create doubt and mistrust.

we are changing many things in our rental unit. came across mirror units that worked for all three, to bad, they were listed anyway, and i happned by. getting some help and still keep my eye on the units. (since someone else saw me looking at them) was a difficult. i took my phone out and called the store to tell them i was on an isle and needed some help. lol they didnt have anything else i came in for. but what a find!

I frequently shop at Home Depot both near my work and my home. I love the Mira Mesa Store near my work. This store is always neat, always has folks to answer questions, and is a lot less hectic than other stores.

i had a great experience today thanks to a wonderful cashier name Ariele (ASL4207)! She was friendly and attentive and had a smile on her face! It's rare these days to get someone who isn't just going through the motions...so to Ariele, THANKS for a a good experience!

Employee helped me immediately, and I was in and out within ten minutes.

This location is conveniently right off the freeway and usually carries all the product I need in stock

I had trouble finding an unopened Kohler toilet box. One was missing items, one was broken. The store mgr D.C. assisted in evaluating undamaged stock and even gave me a discount for an open box item.

Both Ethan & Selena went out of their way to help us with our needs.

AN ASSOCIATE IS NOT GOING TO KNOW OR BE WILLING TO TAKE THE TIME TO KNOW WHERE EACH PRODUCT IS WHICH IS WHY I WROTE WHAT I DID IN THE REVIEW TITLE. I JUST COMPLETED A SURVEY AND WROTE A LENGTHY COMMENT REGARDING A DEVICE THAT A CUSTOMER COULD USE TO EASILY AND ACCURATELY FIND THE PRODUCT THEY ARE LOOKING FOR.

EVERY THING IS ALWAYS WHERE I CAN FIND IT AND THE PRICES ARE VERY COMPETIVE

Diana was especially helpful. She knew the store well, and found another associate to help with a very specific question. The store was very clean, but the highlight was definitely the great customer service provided by Diana.

From the greeter at the door to Miriam at the return desk to Dennis in Millwork, customer service was the number one thing on their mind. Dennis was so determined to solve a small problem I had that you would have thought it was a major emergency. He did indeed solve my problem and did it with a great attitude! To the three employees I encountered on today's trip thank you for helping me so quickly and with such efficiency !!!

I was checking out and the checkout clerk showed me a better option of a trash can I was buying that was on sale and came with a free 2nd trash can. I was happy that Charly showed me that product it was a better option for me. He was very helpful and courteous. Thank you.
