Employees are not friendly or helpful. That’s been the case the majority of the time I’ve shopped at the Renaissance store. I only shop there if necessary because it’s conveniently located.

I am doing a small remodel on my condo in ABQ. The staff at the Montano Home Depot have knocked it out of the park in terms of being friendly, helpful, and very patient. Everyone was super professional and knowledgeable.

Helpful employees, a large parking lot, easy access to lumber, centrally located near I-25, its my favorite Home Depot.

I will go to the eubank store from now on.

The kitchen, countertop process is extremely non efficient.. the store sales staff are knowledgeable,, the problem lies in the lengthy turnaround time from payment to delivery of cabinets as well as countertops..

If a worker says an item is this much, customers are gonna believe them.

I decided to shop in the store. First I reviewed the product features/choices online. Then went to the store to evaluate the possible purchases in the store. The bottom line is that the inventory figures online did not reflect the inventory in the store. In many cases, there were NO products to see/evaluate in the store, In some cases I returned home and ordered the product to be delivered so I could get a better idea about on a feature, or characteristic. Some of those order were cancelled by Home Depot. So that the product advertised online was not available at any close store or even in the region.

I go to Home Depot frequently as I'm a new homeowner and I was recently suckered into the "free home water test" that I knew was a promotional thing that would try to upsell me since it's free but I thought it would at least provide useful information about my water quality and what type of filtration system would be best. Instead, I didn't learn anything useful and I had an entire evening wasted by a scammy salesman (who was not a "specialist" in anything but the over-the-top sales script for an overpriced water softener system). I feel like the rep at Home Depot who got me to sign up misrepresented the service and lied to me. They told me several things that turned out to be untrue, such as I would receive a $20 gift card (untrue), the appointment would take less than 40 minutes (took twice as long), and the "technician" wouldn't overstay their welcome and would leave as soon as I said (they did not). I will assume all of the "Home Services" are a scam and it makes me trust Home Depot a lot less as a whole and not want to continue spending my money there.

Everyone is too busy or overworked to help. Customers are on their own. If you need something from this place, just order online.

HAD to come here as my online order was delivered to a locker here. 40 minutes away from my normal Home Drpot.

I’m old school retail and I expect employees to recognize when a person is having difficulty locating an item and offer to assist. That did not happen on my recent visit to this Home Depot. I felt as though I was bothering and breaking up a conversation between 2 employees. If the section had not been so unorganized I would never have needed their help in the first place.

Seems like at the end of the day. It's a waste of time to write reviews on these companies. People don't really care. They still shop them.

I’ve been to many stores (including other locations of your) and received no service…. Even after asking. When I went tho the appliance department on Montano I was greet right away and ask what I was looking for. I told them. I didn’t feel smothered by them. Then, Karen said that she had a list of what you had that fit my needs/wants.

Home Depotis is our go to store for home repairs.

I want to leave a 4 star review but it hurts the employees more that the store itself and the employees are amazing. Be patient with them and they will help you with anything and everything. Natalie in service and Stan at pro desk is the main reason why I shop there. They always help and lighten my day. However the stock is not the best. A lot of times the app will say they have something in-stock but it's never there. Stock could be way better.

Was very pleased that they had the roofing coating brand that I use; HENRY. It is superior to other brands in both application and durability. Some other hardware stores no longer carry it.

Items were priced wrong, out of stock, and multiple isles were closed for unknown reasons. If you are a professional contractor who’s time matters skip this location altogether.
