My wife and I were shopping for new light fixtures. An associate in the lighting dept. approached us almost as soon as we entered her department. The asssociates name was Darlene. About a minute after we met her she was no longer an associate, she was a friend. She gave us the best service we have ever received not only at home depot but at any store in which we have ever shopped. After asking us what we were looking for she took us to see several different products, gave us the pros and cons of each product and even made suggestions of what she thought would best meet our needs. She really knew her stuff. Absolutely fantastic service!

We needed to test a pressure washer, and the staff was very helpful in doing that for us.

Bath fixture consultant was very cooperative and helpful in trying to determie what I wanted and needed in the fixture I chose and then trying to help me find it. Checkout associate also was cooperative in helping me and giving me the discount for using the Home Depot Credit card for my purchase; he told me I needed to ask for the discount when I made the purchase-- a tip that I will remember. The only drawback is that you no longer stock sink faucets in an "antique brass" finish which would match what I already have in the bathroom.

Everything I go to this location the customer service and employees is awful. They are never wiling to help and I feel like I am always searching for help. I dislike having to ask an employee for help because I feel like they don't care. I now will travel to the other home depot on coors and I 40 because they always have the better service. It is a bit further but I rather have a good experience then a bad one.

Bill Pennington worked with me to expedite my order through the Pro Desk and even stayed past his shift to make certain I was taken care of...I really appreciate his excellent customer service with a fantastic personality.

The associates in lumber and paint that assisted me were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. It made a challenging project seem workable.

There was a good selection of products, but it could be better. If you are going to serve builders and DYI you'd better be up to date on available products and information. Your associates were not avail able or standing around at the front, not very attentive, and some rude. Some products were not well marked. I had to call the store to get an associate (I have limited mobility). Isle products were not well described. A in-store-pickup sign was in the wrong place.

I came into Garden area, found my product and an associate waited on me at check out right away

The store was maintained with incredible cleanliness. I was satisfied with my overall visit in time it took to gather all of my required items. The prices are incomparable to other stores and the quality of the items I purchased are very impressive.

Home Depot associates are generally very helpful and usually know their stuff or find someone who does. I just wish there were more of them.

Staff at this Home Depot are easily accessible, and friendly.

Overall a good visit however disappointed they did not have the product I basically came to purchase!!

I forgot my cash back from debit card purchase at self check out stall. An employee was honest and gracious enough to find it and turn it in at the end of the night!

I always have a little bit of trouble doing the shopping for the Plumbers I am getting supplies for. The associates at this store always come to my rescue, even when I don't quite understand what I am looking for. They always have great attitudes and I can honestly say I never have a bad experience. I shop here at least twice a week, and I would definitely recommend this store to anyone I know. :)

It is always a great experience shopping at the Montano Home Depot. I have been using this store for the past 11 years and know it better than the local grocery store. The paint department is the best!

My experience at homedepot is always stews free and help full. I choose not to go to the competitive stores, because home depot has the only knowledgeable staff. And always willing to help!

I prefer to only use Behr's paint - available at Home Depot. The paint dept did a great job of matching to a competitors paint chip. The color is perfect. The staff in this store is always friendly and helpful. Everything is easy to find and the store is usually tidy.

I always have good assistance from the store associate, they will go out of their way to help locate items.

Very friendly people and they are very knowledgeable about all of the products and also very helpful with finding whatever it is you are looking for.

Overall whem i shop there the employees are great from paint to the pro desk

Once I got an associate for the product area everything went smoothly. Gave him the product number he located it on the computer and it was located right away. Would have liked to get all that I needed however they only had two in stock at time so I took both.

RANDY WAS VERY HELPFULL. HE FOUND THE FREEZER I NEEDED RIGHT AWAY AND CHECKED ME OUT AT THE SAME TIME. HE HAD ME IN AND OUT QUICKLY. THERE HAS BEEN TIMES WHEN IT TOOK FOREVER TO GET THE PURCHASE AND PICK UP OUT QUICKLY.

Experience was okay. Was directed to the wrong place 3x while looking for a knife magnet.
