Good quick service as always. Easy to find an associate to show me where and a checkout person to get me out quickly.

Store has to much merchandise up front, could not maneuver around other people without having to wait for someone else to move.

This is my favorite store to go to. They always help me and answer all my questions and provide expert advice on how to do my projects. I always recommend everyone I know to go to this store.

Sales Associate Duane Salazar went above and beyond our expectations when it comes to service. He spent a long time with us as we were remodeling a rental and we needed several items in several different dept. We are both handicapped and appreciated Duane being so attentive and patient. We ended up purchasing a lot more than we had anticipated but got it all done in one visit. Dee his supervisor went to bat for us as well. The only glitch in the purchases was when we sent someone to pick up the entire order with a truck on July 10th early morning, the order was all mixed up, order was not complete, some items were wrong, others weren't on the palette at all and the gentleman could not pick up the order and start the work when planned. I called Dee, apologized, she was most understanding and accommodate and around 2 pm they workers went over to get the correct order. I'm assuming all went well but haven't heard yet. High praises again for Duane and Dee. Grisha Phillips and William Silva

My wife and I visited store #3502 for tile and lumber for a porch project. The tile and lumber staff were very knowledgeable and helped us find everything we needed. My wife is 7 months pregnant and the staffs ability to help me select lumber and load all the material into our trailer helped out tremendously. I am very pleased with the way the staff treated us! Thank you!

Associates can be very variable, some wonderful, others can leave something to be desired.

I was very happy with the way the men in the store treated me. Being a female, I have been treated badly at other stores. The men at Home Depot are very helpful and take the time to explain whatever I need help with. The men and women have gone above and beyond to assist me.

I was shopping for garden supplies. I had some trouble finding the saucers I needed for my plants because the pots are stocked in two different places.

Most of the live plants were in poor condition. Out of stock on some items, others were dry and dying

Best thing about the experience is that when Carlos and Larry delivered the products to my home, they were polite, professional, and went the extra mile to file my order. They had to go to another store to get an item that was out of stock at the store I purchased from. They did a great job.

Helpful associates, good , ease of getting to the location

As always when I need something for my home, I have always gone first to Home Depot. I Feel I can trust what they say when I'm not sure of what I need or need to do. I do all my home repairs myself if I can and so far so good. Going to Home Depot is like going to all the specialists in one place. They even helped me last year with my costume for Halloween. I have shelf's, new carpet, plants ,Fixtures and I'm sure a lot more from Home Depot. Thanks for being a close and convent store.

The associate in lawn & garden, Derek D, was super helpful. I knew i wanted to buy plants to attract hummingbirds, but was unsure as to which plants. Derek walked with me and explained all the plants that i was interested in. His knowledge saved me time from looking up the information on my phone. I bought the plants he suggested, and they look beautiful in my yard. Thank you, Derek, you're awesome!

My girlfriend and I went to buy some plants and had no idea what we were looking for and Derek D. Was a great help. Helped us pick the plants we were looking for and told us about the plant and it's needs.

The associate in lumber was amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. He made sure I had everything I needed, cut my wood, carried it to the cashier and found someone to load it in my car as soon as I checked out. Terrific shopping experience!! Thank you.
