Israel from appliances was the person who helped me with the purchases of a dishwasher and water heater. Israel is very knowledgeable and listens to customers needs. He then asks, what is your budget for the appliances. Off this information he was able to help me find the best dishwasher for my budget. He also helped me apply for a Home Depot credit card. I’m always happy when I shop at this location

I tried using the propane tank exchange kiosk. The QR code reader kept connecting to a bad web address. I had to go into the store to get an access code from a checkout stand. It has been broken for a month.

I’m so tired of businesses pretending to care about the customers. Using surveys to try to make people feel like someone actually gives a dang about something besides their pocketbooks. Everyone knows that a business has to be profitable to survive. People support the businesses that they like when they decide where they want to do business. Sometimes it’s because they have what they need, sometimes it’s because they like the people they interact with when they’re shopping, and sometimes it’s just convenient for them. One thing I know for sure is that they will refuse to go where they don’t find any of the above. What I see missing from nearly all businesses Is just genuine personality. Interaction with people that genuinely feel like the person they are trying to help is important, even if the purchase is a 20 cent item. Although I can’t remember buying anything for 20 cents 😂🤣😂. I think you get the point though. I sincerely hope you can do something with this review. You’re not a bad company to do business with, you’re just no different than everyone else.

I rather hope you address the worker. It was about 1300 hours 28 April He was working around the exit area. Usually the employees are cool, helpful and willing.

The proximity to the Monterey Park landfill will prove to be an overall concern in regards to health. The more exposure the greater the problem. Time will prove this conjecture.

I am waiting for my product to be delivered to the Home Depot. It is exactly what I have. It will not require any wall cutting as far as size and I’m really excited to get that new fan in the bathroom that it’s going to be very quiet.

Had a bad experience buying a car battery the cashier was not helpfull, nor knowledgeable

Well stocked, attentive staff, knowledgeable employees. Relative to some other Home Depot's, it's one of the better ones.

I had an excellent experience at the Home Depot in Monterey Park! The store is well-organized, and I was able to easily find everything I needed. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I had some questions about a few products, and one of the associates went out of their way to provide me with detailed answers and recommendations. Additionally, the checkout process was quick and efficient. The self-checkout stations were easy to use, and I even received help from a friendly customer service representative when I needed assistance with a gift card. Overall, my visit was stress-free, and I left with everything I needed for my home improvement project. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for great service and a wide selection of products!

We live in Whittier and go to the La Mirada store which I don’t care about and since we were in Monterey park we decided to get paint there. Wow the store is beautiful, clean, professional employees. Ms Ruth Hernandez in the Pro Dept was so extremely helpful and provided suggestions we took and you can tell she loves where she works and her store. Even though this store is out of our way we decided this was our New Home Depot

I rather go to the West Covina or Baldwin Park location because they have everything I need instead of this location but it's close to where I live so I go here. They usually run out of things or don't have all the products I want so I have to drive far away in a "nicer" neighborhood to get what I need. Also some of the workers here aren't so nice or helpful but they always are at better locations. Just my personal experience.

Very great customer service from Sonia and associate at Home Depot Monterey Park. She was very kind respectful patient and knowledgeable in her field. Definitely be going back to her.!

I had to ask twice for assistance in the Vanity Section, and nobody came to help me. I waited for about one hour, and nobody arrived at the section.

I went to buy some paint at Home Depot. They had the paint but the gal in the paint department was too lazy to stir the paint. She flipped the can over and said the paint was stirred. Never have I ever encountered such laziness and lack of customer service.

Like I said store very well stocked. Also impressed by how helpful and courteous the workers were.

Bad customer service.

This store is like going to a 7 Eleven to buy groceries. 9 times out of 10 I have to drive to another city to get what I need.

Jaden and Jacel young ladies and Leonor a mature lady are so very amiable knew their job and treated me as if I was a special customer. Maybe I am, I don’t know but I felt as if.

Had a very disappointing experience at the Home Depot store located at 3500 Market Place, Monterey Park, CA. Today, I visited the store to return a bag of soil. When I arrived at the customer service counter, there were no other customers in line. Despite this, the cashier, Brenda, looked at me and then looked away without any acknowledgment. When she finally decided to assist me, she rudely waved me over. I explained that I wanted to make a return, but Brenda did not say a word and simply reached for my receipt. After processing the return, she tossed the receipt in my direction without any form of acknowledgment or communication. Feeling confused, I asked if I should leave the cart with the bag of soil there. She merely looked away and nodded without saying a single word or offering a smile throughout the entire transaction. I am unsure if this is standard behavior for employees in the returns department, but I believe all customers should be treated with respect, regardless of whether they are making a purchase or a return. I have attached a copy of my receipt, which includes the store/transaction information and the employee's name. I hope Brenda does not continue to provide this level of service to other customers. I am extremely disappointed with this experience and will not be shopping at Home Depot again.
