My recent shopping experience at HD Monterey Park was really great! The store employees, especially Bertha, were friendly and courteous. The only drawback of the Monterey Park experience is the design of the mall. The street traffic from the Costco store/gas, and the other eateries is horrific. A new freeway on ramp is needed.

This location had everything i needed and the employees were very helpful. Well most definitely be back ‼️

If ever in doubt ask in a DIY project ask for Richard F in the building and lumber department he will definitely be a great guide

Interaction with Richard F. I've been a self employed business owner for +20 years with over 2,000 employees and I would hire/promote Richard F for any guest interaction position in any company i have. Personable, professional and knowledgeable. With a labor force able to change jobs at a moments notice, a loyal employee like Richard F. Is certainly a gem.

The gallon paint made from Home depots own formula sticker did not match. Told me it was my problem , no refund. only a replacement. How can I trust a company that screws up and wont give you your money back . Found out the formula was incorrect

Fernando in Hardware really knew his tools and craft. His patients and knowledge really helped my husband and I learn and understand the right tools for us. Go to him if you have questions! Customer service is above and beyond!

My family and I have been coming to the Monterey Park location since opening. Our usual cashier ILDA is always a joy to see. She always greets us with a smile.

JJ from plumbing was friendly and asked if I needed help when I was looking for a faucet. He helped get the faucet that I was looking for. He was very nice and helped me find my other products as well.

Had a shopping list. Met Gibran at the entrance, mention what I was looking for. He walk me to all the products location, help to locate exactly what I wanted and made sure I was good. It was like having my own shopper helper. Great experience.

I was there today and made a mistake at the self check out the two female workers age 19 or so laughed.. so I looked at them. I thought to my self, should you not be helping not laughing?.. well one on the workers said you got a problem why you staring at us? I walked away and asked for a manager. Kim is one of the girls name shame on you. I have lived here for decades never has anyone in a store treated me like that not even in ELA establishments . WE ARE NOT ON THE STREETS HOMEGIRL LOL. .

1st employee Dwayne I encountered when i arrived friendly & referred me to proper place. 2nd employee Steve helped me find my item, very very helpful & friendly. 3rd employee Mgr. Lee offered item with Bluetooth speaker on sale, of course I loved that! Also, very nice & helpful. 4th employee Cashier Stevie, very nice, friendly. So happy with customer service made my weekend!!!! Go Rams!!!!!!

Close to my house. Parking clean and carts always organized. Fresh flowers and new stuffs.

I was impressed with his clean the store was. Especially the gardening area.

We bought a blower a 1 1/2 months ago and my husband is like a kid with it. If he’s happy, I’m happy.

Cashier Steve from the Monterey Park store was exceptionally helpful, he really tried to help us get a discount by applying for credit he explained the benefits and was just very friendly and knowledgeable in all of the items we were purchasing. Good shopping experience

This location has a severe lack of customer service in the Flooring department. They do not answer there phone. Intentional or not they overcharged for services. Can't give you an installation date. Store manager can't answer simple flooring vendor question. Maybe one or two people in this department may know what they are doing. Try another location or store for your flooring needs.

Staff on floor seem uninterested in helping people ready to buy and load.

Ever since this store moved here from Pico Rivera, it's much, much better! The Location is Perfect, stock is readily available, your employees are the Best! Thank You!

This is the first time I complete a survey (for any business). It's the least I can do for Carlos, who works at the hardware dept of your Monterey Park, CA location. Carlos provided the BEST cust svc I have ever received. He was very personable, and went above and beyond his duties. I attended the store to inquire about a re-key service. As Carlos completed the service, he walked me through the process and explained every step in detail. He didn't have to do this. I wish I could tip him.

I found the store better organized at the check out and customer service and returns areas, single lines for all the counters was a great idea, including the self serve area which we used. In general, I did not get to explore the rest of the store. We went straight to the water heaters and got what we needed. I was still impressed with the similar layout I have seen in other Home Depots
