Kurt helped me select the correct plumbing parts near closing time and had a smile on his face the whole time. Shelby had to almost remove each of the labels to scan them and never complained. She just smiled and seemed to really enjoy her work.

I generally don't recommend stores or businesses to anyone, especially huge American corporations. I do HD. What I like most about HD is the selection of junk you guys carry. It is amazing, so are the people. The people you have working for you are older, experienced, contractors and doityourselfers. They know first hand about tools, plumbing, electrical, flooring, etc. You ask them a question and you can almost see the lightbulb go on. They turn and head down the isle with purpose. A kind of relief comes over me, like I just handed this person my problem and they will take care of it. That's a good feeling, though I notice none of them is willing to come home with me to help. I'll keep shopping there, no question about it. There is one thing, though, that bugs me. I spot online an item I want to know about. Later, I go to the store to get my hands on it. I get there and sometimes I'm told I can only order that online. Well, if I had seen I can't get the item IN the store I wouldn't have driven there. I'd like to see better indicators on the HD site that show the ORDER ONLINE ONLY SLASH AVAILABLE IN STORE labels more clearly, rather than having to search for them. It may be that I need better training. Other than that, I always have a great shopping experience around great people.

everything was awsome if i couldn't find anything thier was always some one to say do you need any help finding something sir and i said yes and some one lead me right were i need to be.

Mindy is always a great help in the store. I shop in Home Depot frequently and she always helps me find everything I need in a timely manner, and if I can't find something she offers to order it or find a way to get it to me. Thank you for a job well done!

The store is full of great buys ! The employees are very helpful. They have a wonderful supply of products ! I ended up picking up a few sale items because they were a bargain. The Montrose store is awesome ! They have some better quality products not found elsewhere for a reasonable price, I like that !

Montrose home depot has Very nice and helpful employees.

This store has, in my opinion, the best lay out and arrangement of departments and products of several Home Depots I've frequented in the last several years. Everything seems more open and visible with departments flowing together more logically, somehow. All of the associates are great and eager to help. I frequently have several offers of assistance or if I'm finding everything ok, even when I need no help at all. I like that because I know there is someone to help me if I do need it. Thanks Montrose H.D. My favorite place to shop.

i love shopping at this store, I have never had a bad experience, and never had a problem finding what I am looking for. i have never had a bad experience when dealing with associates either, all in all i am a happy customer
