I had the sort of experience that anyone would be pleased with.

Not only did we find what we needed but the team helped tremendously. They saved us money!!! Everyone from the time we walked in until the time we left greeted us and asked how we were doing. They took their time to answer our questions (and I had a lot) and point us to the right products. That really made my pregnant wife feel good. The store was very clean and orderly as well. Gotta see it to believe it!!!

Dale was such a joy to work with us today when we tried to figure out how to use the "self checkout"!!!! (LOL....not all of us are so inclined to figure it out!!!) She made us feel so important with her kindness, helpfulness and caring. We feel she should be made an example of for other employees to follow her lead and used in employee training sessions.

The staff was willing to help me. They did not run and hide like they do at Lowes

Cashiers not friendly and not helpful. The Lisbon store is EXCELLENT but unfortunately were out of stock of an item so I needed to visit the Montville store. I will hopefully not have to go back to this store. The associates were too busy discussing their previous night out to bother helping a customer at checkout. Store itself was clean and well-stocked and luckily we were able to find what we needed and got out of the store quickly.

Had a great visit today at Montville Store! Carey Ann helped with the design for cabinets for my tiny kitchen, patient she was with me through the changes, then she made sure I got to the right person to get my floors, then counters then special ordering at service desk. She went above and beyond checking in with me along the way! Needless to say, in one visit I got it all done! Thanks to All of you that helped, Jennifer, Sharon, Brandon, And Rachael. Most especially to Carey Ann for making it happen so easily.

Every time I have come to this store the employees have been great. Even had one guy tell me that he'd try to help me, but what I needed was not in his department and that the guy who worked that department was out that day. He spent a lot of time with me and we eventually figured out what I needed. Can't ask for much more that that. Always courteous and helpful.

No employees even thought of giving assistance to the gentleman and I who had to pull boards from the back of the shelf. No one asked if we needed assistance, said Hello! or anything. Had to find my own ladder to reach the back of the aisle to pull the wood. Self checkout clerk asked me if I needed assistance when I was half way out the door. Store was dirty, shelves were empty, dank and dark as always. Home Depot stores need a serious cleaning and coat of paint. Look up at the metal holding up the canopy over the pro loading area and see the rust. If I could rate the store less than zero I would.

Convenience is the key word. Store is clean and well stocked. Prices are competitive and you can check inventory on line, place order, and pick-up at the store. Employees are friendly, helpful, and professional.
