The customer service at My Home Depot is awesome. Arrived looking for something special and an associate asked if I needed help and I told them what I was looking for. They took me right to the spot and I thanked them again and they gave me a big smile and walked off. Great people working at My Home Depot.

I had an amazing experience at the Home Depot in Fort Worth (76137)! The store is well-organized, making it easy to find everything I needed for my home improvement project. The staff was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to assist me. I SHOP AT 2 HOME DEPOT STORES. I WORK FOR TYSON IN NRH LOCATION SO DO ALOT OF SHOPPING IN THAT STORE. BOTH BUISNESS BUT SOME PERSONEL ALSO. I ALSO SHOP @ NORTH FT WORTH BECAUSE I LIVE IN BLUE MOUND. THAT ONES MOSTLY PERSONEL THINGS.

I rented a machine and I go home stopped working. Went back after waiting for 45 they said that has been fixed went home after 2 minutes stopped working again. Bad customer services

The quick review that led to this asked several times about help loading. If I needed help loading i would not go to this Ho.e Depot location. From past experience I would not receive that help, even when I sought help from HD employees.

This store is very conveniently located and had all the products we needed. Associates were all friendly and helpful. Recommend Home Depot and will shop here again.

Nice helpful employees I didn’t know if you ask they will help you load your car

The store is small and cramped, making it difficult to find items. I purchased an item from the shelf, only to be told that it was a different part and charged extra. The organization is poor, and navigating the space is challenging. I’ll be looking for alternatives.

I would love to never hear about HD credit card offers are asked "Will you be using your credit card"... and then be given a sales pitch on why it would save me money. It is criminal and a disgusting scam that you would offer a 12-month no interest offer (if the amount of the item is paid in full before) and then beg and obsessively send advertisement offers to use my card after the fact knowing that any and every payment I make does not first go to the first and most important item (that 12-month offer item). I owed $300-400 on my washing machine. I sacrificed bills and food and calculated how much I still owed on my washer and paid that amount just to find out that my money went towards the last 2-3 purchases. Because of this the 12-months of accumulated interests was unleashed. The anger that overwhelms me when I hear a HD employee try to sell me on saving money through your credit card is deep. I'm already giving you my money. You are a dishonest company. And this will come around to you in a drop of sales. People will not put up with this level of mistreatment. You're supposed to be serving us. Absolutely disgusting!!!

Delivery email sent to wrong person

Seems like every other time I go to this store, it’s only available at the next closest store. Even when it’s in stock, it’s not on the shelf. Then when you leave, you see several employees in the parking lot goofing off. Management needs to get off their butts and manage their employees.

it is absolutely ridiculous to make a special trip to home depot just to find out you are out of propane gas tanks. These tank are basic bare minimum necessities for customers and for stores to make sure that they always have adequate inventory of these necessary items.

Was surprised to see only checkout cashiers were at the pro desk entrance exit, one young lady was in the self check out area with 12 or more self check out kiosk, that to me is not enough to even come close to taking care of customers at a busy time of year, I myself prefer the option to self check out or have a cashier, whatever works for you Home Depot, its your business, Was nice to be greeted by store personnel and asked two times if they could help me, that was really a good feeling, I did notice 10-12 people standing in line at the customer service desk, they sure did not look very happy, again short staff, busy time of year and hours peak time of day, everyone typically getting off work and stopping in to grab a sale item or last minute project item. Again its your business, run it as you see fit. Please fix the exit door at self check out, would not open wide enough for a shopping cart to pass.

Don’t get me wrong I love Home Depot I have a Home Depot credit card, filled out the application to get a military discount on line,go to check out my item , not to my knowledge I did not put in phone number, but why should I ? it’s attached to my credit card it is attached to my application for my military discount you would think if you put in your credit card your phone number would automatically be attached to get your military discount but it is not so my fault I still think it is Ian overuse of the phone number for an order to get my discount I had to take all of my items to customer service l, return them & then rescanned. Ughhhhhh

We had issues with an order to be delivered, and Danielle did a wonderful job of taking care of it for us. This store has well trained & courteous workers!

Cashier was polite and greeted me at door. My checkout was fast and accurate.

Representatives were very helpful in plumbing department and at checkout.

Friendly employerd assisted us in finding the perfect garage refrigerator and applying discounts. Pick up the next day was so smooth and quick.

Took 3 trips to complete a curb side pick up. Trip #1 - pick up order Trip #2 - returned to get missing items in order Trip #3 - to cancel item & get refund on missing item. You can’t cancel or get a refund on an item until it arrives at the store. This is a definite flaw in the system.

For been on the Store on Saturday looking for a Refrigerator the Lasy who Help me who I can’t remember her Name but she was bilingual and very Nice, Polite, and very helpful make my day easy amen a Quick Sale 👍
