The tropical extravaganza just before the outdoor section was beautifully placed and priced to sell!

I shopped tonight for a new Christmas tree and couldn’t find what I needed at first…then Kat came to my rescue and was truly eager to help and worked hard to help me find the tree I had seen on ad…then she got it ans Liz helped with getting it ready for me to take and helped load it to my car with Kat after I paid for it with Arturo. Even thought the line was long Arturo had a sense of helpfulness and greeting that made me feel like he cared and he was super kind & helpful ! Very professional also! Thank you all! I love my tree!

I need to shop here at night more often Anthony I’m the tile dept was amazing and helpful and Alma the cashier was super friendly. Overall a great shopping trip and the great customer service was very much appreciated:)

The cashier helped me at self checkout and was perfect and deserves a raise! I only wish I took down her name to provide here! Also would like to take her out for coffee!;)

Tread lightly and if possible shop elsewhere. The employees make shopping at this location a very unpleasant experience. Other locations have always been great, however I've encountered so many rude employees at this location. Not everyone of course, but I'd rather just shop elsewhere that I know I'm going to be greeted and spoken to with basic human decency.

Many choices and great stock

Based on the customer service I have personally provided too your customers. I see a lot less engaging from the employees.

I was slowly putting heavy pavers into a cart when 2 employees that were moving pallets in the area asked if they could help. Yes, please! They loaded my cart, pushed it to the register and even loaded my car. It was excellent service and both of these young men were polite, friendly and very helpful. Great service!! Thank you!

I bought dishwasher a month ago. Not glad I did. Online, because the service is so poor in the store. Terrible dishwasher.

We bought his barn door and installed it this week. It's a great addition to our home decor.

My wife and I came in to look for washers. Rob help us, answering all our questions and even ones we hadn't thought of. Overall, a really good experience. We ended up buying a washer/dryer pair that I think we'll be very happy with.

Recently purchased a mower, power blower, and edger. I got great service and recommendations on the new battery operated tools. I’m very happy with my purchase, and with the great service the store provided.

A female is never asked it they can be helped.

Very well kept , while looking threw elect area also sounded like the dist training store. So I would expect it to be well kept.

MISSING 40 PIECES OF LUMBER ON AN ORDER WITH PRODESK, DIDN'T CATCH IT TILL I GOT HOME, THIS WAS ON FRIDAY AFTERNOON, NOW SATURDAY AFTERNOON, AND STILL NO RESOLUTION, LEFT HANGING BY MOD'S AND STORE MANAGER, THIS STORE'S MANAGEMENT HAS ALWAYS BEEN A DUMPSTER FIRE!

all the employees were moving new equipment they have just gotten. They didn't have time to answer questions.

There are 4, 5, or more HDs in the city 25 miles from my house. This is the one I go to most often. The parking is very easy to negotiate while other HDs are not as accessible. There are other businesses close by I frequent. I usually find what I came in for. I prefer HD to it's competitors so I will check there first, I've ordered pallets of patio stones there, for delivery a few times. It's always been easy, at the service desk and one time, the pro desk. Store's clean, stock is mostly organized.

Even though I knew what I was shopping for, I like to browse in Home Depot. Several employees greeted me and asked if I needed any assistance. The store assistant manager on duty ( James) welcomed me, introduced himself and asked if he could be of help to me. This store was very clean, organized and well stocked. I will continue shopping here even though there are two other stores closer to me.

Went to self service checkers (almost every checkout line now). Confusing, complicated, not working well, a big attempt to save money on labor while eliminating the friendly checkers.

Purchased 8/27/24 had problem with irritated grinding noise, replacement delivered 9/10/24, same problem. Went to store advised G E service to come by, that’s all they could do. So far nothing done.

Ivjust recently purchase a refrigerator, the personnel are very friendly.
