Never can find help! Needed help with bathroom faucets and left because I couldn’t get help.

I went to the electrical department and Randall went above and beyond in helping with a list of materials a mile long! He found each and every part and the parts that were not on the shelf he went and got them out of storage! Bill the cashier helped us get out quickly and saved us $50 off our purchase.

I had gone to the store 2 days in a row. Both days I interacted with Isaiah at the customer service desk. He was an exceptional employee; caring for my needs, helping me with caring acquired items to my vehicle, waiting with me for a large purchase that was being brought from storage, etc. Isaiah is a stellar employee who deserves recognition.

Self checkout employee needs training. Rude and not willing to help. Previous visits have been great and had no issues

We met with Todd Habel, a design consultant in Millworks, while planning our kitchen remodel. He was extremely patient with our many questions and edits and his suggestions were very helpful. Prior to Todd we had met with Ed Hare, in appliances. He too was extremely helpful. Later on, we met the store manager, Curtis Justice, though we did not know it at the time. He was simply a store employee who saw the confusion on our faces, and offered to help us find what we needed. His energy, courtesy, and interest in meeting our needs made a huge impression on us. It was only later we learned that he was store manager, and then our experiences with other employees at this Home Depot started to make more sense. It starts at the top and at this Home Depot, they have a good leader at the top

There is a Home Depot closer to me. But will go the extra mile or so to come to this store. Very helpful, friendly. If you get a guy named Bill at the register, tell him Hi from the Crazy Old Tarantula Lady at Seven Wonders Exotic Pets!!! He deserves a raise.
