They store was clean & organized. Everyone was pleasant & patience. Even better we found what we were looking for.

Bought a tool box today and Sherri in Hardware and Tim the cashier went above and beyond to help us. She even took it apart so we could get it in the truck and got 4 employee's to help lift it into the truck for us. Wish they could've come home with us to help unload it too. Got a GREAT DEAL today too!!!!

Would give Stephen 10 stars if I could. We have purchased a washer and dryer from him a few months back and just purchased a stove refrigerator and dishwasher today. He’s always be extremely helpful and informative on and questions we had made our purchases a breeze! Will always come back and deal with him!!

We didn’t buy anything out of the ordinary except for a door lock and handle pack. We were pleased to find a matching handle to the ones we bought a couple years ago.

I shop here regularly. I’d like to give a shout out to Evelynn and Katie at customer services, Danielle n cabinets, Sheri in tools/hardware and Kathy and Megan in paint department. They all know what there doing and always work hard to keep the customer happy

We visit this store daily. Everyone is friendly and always willing to help. Danielle in cabinets has always been very helpful. Customer service is always great when we return things. The lady in tools works her butt off keeping things organized and stocked.

The store did not honor veterans discount.

Todd, Customer service representative spent 45 minutes with us, trying to help us with the order of several pallets of laminate, that we couldn’t place online because of an error it was giving us. Todd tried all the options available and he even called the store Manager in order to help us apply our military discount to the order. We are super grateful to Todd! He knew what he was doing, was super confident, attentive and patient. the best experience we’ve had at Home Depot for years!

We bought a full new kitchen appliances and Steve was the guy that helped us! He was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable with our million questions!!

During our visit, we were fortunate to be healed by Stephen Cheatham. He was very knowledgeable and walked us through the entire process. We made the purchase and scheduled the delivery all within a very few minutes. Working with Stephen was like working with a friend. He is amazing!

Cole at the Pro Desk and Tiffany at the Service Desk offered great customer service. We are in Home Depot almost every week, and they were very helpful with our large purchase and our Pro account. They were both very efficient and never got frustrated even though the pen pad locked up two times.

Greeted upon entering store. It was nice to find a clerk to answer questions and help locate the items. Found a ceiling fan, extented pole, microfiber ceiling fan duster.It works great by Quickie.

North Knoxville home Depot is the place to go, helpful and friendly and pretty fast experience

We needed to purchase a new range and although we shopped around we came back to the Home Depot on Schafer Road in Knoxville. We found a better variety of ranges at competitive prices. Steven Cheatham answered all of our questions and suggested applying for a Home Depot credit card which saved us $100!

Bought a washer/dryer on August 29th this is September 28th still can't them out to fix so I can wash and dry clothes.THEY are quick to take your money. But their Service SUCKS...A REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!

The cashier at the contractors register was very friendly and helpful. Jareli tried to be sure that I had everything I needed and thanked me for shopping there.

I felt very overwhelmed when I began the process of upgrading my villa. As a single woman, it can be frightening finding people that are truly honest and genuinely wanting to help- rather than rush you and not listen , just trying to sell what they can. Bryan Kesterson in Kitchen sales & Robert Hord (Bobby) in Flooring are amazing! Both were helpful, kind, respectful, & patient.

Sales person Stephen Cheatham goes above and beyond. He's the most informative and personable sale person I've run across in years. He covered the washer, the sales, price, pedestal, the delivery/installation, hoses, pick up of old machine, extended warranty, credit application, discount savings. I could go on and on. I expected to wait forever and not get any straight answers but he made the whole process a breeze!! I give him an A++

If you need help make sure you look up Sherri at the Clinton highway store. She’s the BEST!!

We were helped by Jacob who went above and beyond to help locate a John Deere riding lawn mower to purchase. It wasn’t easy, but Jacob found us one. Incredibly helpful and kind.
