About 5 years ago I built a foundation for a 12'x16' outbuilding on my property. Procrastination and life kept subsequent vertical construction off the table. Recently I finally had time, and help, to finally move ahead. And the folks at Home Depot helped in that tremendously. I made a big materials order, got it delivered, returned unused items, got help and guidance and more.

Mirror was easy to install and looks great

Consistently finding products ringing up for more than the bin and sticker, whole bin in picture ringing up at register for over 22 dollars

Too many to choose from without some assistance to answer question/help loading the cart/getting all the extra's to avoid extra trips. Your question below: would I recommend to a friend? Mayb for some small stuff, but STAY AWAY for a water heater!!

Both employees that I went to were very knowledgeable and helpful in helping me decide on a few things and explained things more clearly… I first talked to Sarah on the phone before I got there to see if they would deliver in my area and she was extremely helpful!! I really appreciated her and the helpful employees who made it easy for me !!

Buying a roll of underground wire one was marked $119. The other one was marked $168 employee ripped off the $119 price and wouldn’t honor it.

the pro side check out cashier both of them last visit and the one prior were very friendly courteous and professional in their duties if the whole world was so kind,we would live in a great place to be, thank you so much.

The store could have a little more help

I needed something to block off my crawlspace vents to help with the expected cold weather. I had to ask 4 different people. The last one I asked actually led me to the place, and told me, the only option they had was to purchase insulation and cut it to size. While in the store I made the mistake of answering a questionnaire, regarding water quality. I then was called and texted multiple times a day. Borderline harassment. Don't ever answer any questionairs while lost in home Depot.
