Had a hard time getting my broken tools replaced asking for a receipt , I purchased the tools over a year ago with life time warranty and they were making the impossible to replace them so I called the husky customer support and they said they were supposed to replace them at the store. Thank God the customer support lady was very helpful and friendly

Went in to buy mulch for a project. Everyone was awesome very helpful.

This Home Depot location in North McAllen is a disappointment, especially considering it's in an upscale neighborhood. You’d expect higher standards, but nothing about this store reflects the area it's in. The aisles are consistently dirty, with sand, grime, and debris throughout. They're also narrow and overcrowded with merchandise, often making it difficult to access the items I need. Small parts, like sprinkler components, are jumbled together with little to no organization. The store feels more like a neglected, rundown location than one in a well-kept area. It doesn’t seem like anyone is taking responsibility for keeping the place clean, organized, or customer-friendly.

During a busy time at my local HD cashier was doing her best and still found time to provide top customer service to every patron. Appreciate that!

I went to purchase for a dryer, it was easy to select one quickly, although transaction took a little bit too long, but the lady who was helping me was very friendly. I usually go to this location and have not encounter any problems. But HomeDepo Mission TX needs. Major customer service training. Once and for the first time at that store, I will never step into that store again. Zero, customer service, rude woman at the customer service desk, when I calmly complained about their lack of service, the woman said if you don’t like it you are free to go somewhere else😲😲😲😲 that is how my reaction was….

Easy to use and easy to understand directions how to use

I was remodeling my home and needed to purchase several items. The employees were all very friendly especially, Enrique, who provided exceptional customer service! He was very patient, attentive, and very knowledgeable in answering my questions and in helping me with what I needed! He made my shopping experience enjoyable and stress free, I don't know what I would have done without his help! Thank you Home Depot for providing excellent customer service!

I buy a lot of paint from Home Depot, Behar paint product are an excent choice and the people behind the counter are pretty knowledgeable about stuff. My only complaint is that they are understaffed in every department. I know how difficult to find good people but it is really frustrating

Ellie at Pro Desk was amazing!!! She was the best with customer service that we have seen in along time. She never gave up until she had everything we was looking for. One intelligent gal!!

I purchased an item online used a discount coupon, item was defective and returned it when I asked if they would honor the discount if I purchased a different item they said I would have to make the purchase then contact customer service so they can honor it, after a long run around from store to customer service phone calls no one was able to support me stating and pointing fingers on who should of honored the discount NO ONE WAS ABLE TO HELP ME VERY FRUSTRATING WILL MAKE MY PURCHASING SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

I paid for installation which was not performed delivery guys said they don’t do that so why do you charge for a service you didn’t perform everything was just dropped off with no knowledge or intention to install it

Clean, organized and friendly.

I’m a regular customer at the North McAllen store. Checkout clerks are always happy, helpful and professional. Store seems to lack floor personnel some times. Luckily the store app helps me locate items that may be hard to find.

Always has what I need and the shade at this location always willing to assist

Appliance salesperson kept leaving at time of questions. Had bad attitude.

Can't find someone to help you. Once you find someone they paged a person to help you when they are in the area that you are looking for an item.

I been client for 8 years at home Depot in my area , McAllen and mission Texas.

Had to pick up a lawn mower and edger. The gentleman David checked stock and then the floors for any availability. He found what we were looking for and ensured the items were delivered to checkout where manny was waiting for us and assisted us with the payment and offered warranty. He made sure we had all items and wished us a great day.

The personnel at this local Store in North , McAllen, Texas are the BEST that I have EVER encountered at a Home Depot. Problem Solving is their Specialty!!!

I purchased a dog kennel at this store location. I was shopping with my 10 month baby boy and went in to look at prices. The associate named albert offered assistance and showed me what they had in stock. With his excellent customer service and knowledge i ended up spending more that what i wanted too, but it was well worth it. The store is clean and seems like every associate cares. What a great store to shop at.

Just moved to Edinburg and this is my nearest Home Depot now! Love the insane variety of plants this location has compared to my old one. 4 stars because I add a bad experience with a customer service associate, very rude. But otherwise the associates I meet in garden are so sweet. <3
