THIS WAS THE BEST EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD AT THIS STORE. BILL IN TOOLS REALLY TOOK THE TIME TO UNDERSTAND WHAT I NEEDED. I HAVE USEING THE DREMEL PARTS VERY SUCCESSFULLY. THANK YOU BILL, I'LL BE BACK.

Appliance dept. folks were very helpful. Made a problem go away and acted like "IT'S WHAT WE DO EVERYDAY. I felt GREAT when my appliance was ordered and delivery schedule was so quick. Easter is just a week away and your folks came thru for my family in a big way. Were having 35 family members over for this holiday and this new dishwasher will be a huge help. Al was the Sales Associate that helped me find the last model of toilet that they had in inventory. I had to wait a while for him to help me because the store was very busy. Once he found it he had to get the fork lift to get it off the top self. He then helped me get it on the cart. Helped me at self check out. He even took it to the covered loading area while I went and got my truck. Then he helped load it into my truck. That is what I call GREAT customer service.

Clean store friendly helpful employees. I was able to locate everything that I needed.

I have rent from this location tool many time, Randy or Scott the home depot associates are the best. They alway do the best. Randy is there alway where I need and Scott too. The tools alway in good working order, and clean .

I have been shopping at this location for very long time , store #4004. This is my special store, all associate are very friendly, Ellen the casher is alway helpful and make my shopping experience day very pleasure and quick. She never disappointed me. She check my order and call for help with loading if I needed. she walk extra miles just to make me happy. Thank you Home Depot for your good work............

I was able to get what i need and get out very quickly to get back to my home improvement project.

I was buying the final pieces of molding and flooring to finish my job. Some of the flooring pieces were in-stock, but not on-display where I could self-service. I grabbed associate "Airin" and she located the items that matched my flooring and with the help of Heather, they climbed the ladder and grabbed my items. They were efficient and diligent - without rushing - and took ownership of my mission to find the flooring pieces to finish my job. Since flooring at .99/ft is in such high demand, often the molding that matches is not in-stock or not on the shelf. These associates Airin and Heather kept me on-schedule and made my visit to HomeDepot very time-efficient.

The store was nicley labled which made it easy to find what I was looking for.

Nick was respectful, helpful, above and beyond what I asked and expected. I walked in after having a few bad experiences at Home Depot. Nick was available for questions, came looking for me with answers and more information on how to find what I needed. He was friendly and Nick will be why I travel back to this location the next time I need a Home Depot, which is often- we are remodeling on our own! Thank you Nick for redeeming The Home Depot and it's associates!

Home Depot in the past has had the reputation that finding store associates is difficult. However, on my last purchase at the Home Depot on Glenn Widing road, this was not my experience. I had to rent a tool to complete a project and the assistance I received was awesome! He made sure I understood fully how to use the tool and provided helpful tips to ensure my project went smoothly. Then, when I returned the tool, he was able to return the tile that I did not use. Most people would have sent me to customer service to do this, but he offered without me even asking. He was very courteous and thoughtful and I felt valued due to this interaction.

Go to this store. it is definitely worth the drive to avoid going to the Home depot @ Jantzen Beach

THE STAFF KNEW WHERE ITEMS WHERE LOCATED,WALKED ME TO THE LOCATION OF ITEM TO ENSURE I GOT WHAT I NEEDED. KIND AND PERSONABLE WHILE SHOPPING AND SHARING KNOWLEDGE WITH VARIOUS PRODUCTS.

I always find what I need at Home Depot. The prices are fair and you have a better variety than Lowes.

Home Depot associates Tim and Scott were very pleasant and helpful with arranging some lumber to be delivered to our home. Since my husband had a broken leg at the time, Scott personally delivered and unloaded our order for no charge. Tim and Scott really made our day.

From the moment we arrived to the parking lot at home Depot, everything went smoothly. My wife and I are remodeling our rental, and we found 2 items that we weren't planning on buying during this visit but we knew we would very soon be needing them. The items were displayed in such a fashion that it caught our eye,also the great price we made an impulse buy. The store seemed very clean with a very helpful staff. Great job Home Depot team. WE WILL BE BACK !!!

Airin was an exceptionally helpful associate who listened and provided us with some options we had not previously thought of. We were out of there in no time thanks to Airin!

My wife and I ended up in the Portland store because of not being waited on in the east Vancouver store. We went there 2 days in a row for at least a half of an hour. We stood in the appliance section looking at stoves and were never asked or approached by a sales representative. The wife and I ddiscussed this and decided to go to the Portland store which is actually closer to our home. Our experience in the Portland store was surprising. We had gone in to the appliance section and started looking to see if choices were same as Vancouver, they were and we were approached buy a sales clerk and asked if we need any help? You know the rest of the story oin that we had excellent service from Geoff and the rest of the personnel in the appliance section. It was a very satisfying experience. The experience in the Vancouver store was a surprise for us as we have bought several thousands of dollars there and until now have always had good service.

The store was clean and well stocked. The store associates where attentive to your needs and had an answer for all my questions or found someone with the right answer.

I think most Home Depot stores carry similar product. What makes them different from one another is the staff - and possibly the manager's ability to work with employees. This store has an abundance of helpful associates with great attitudes and willingness to serve. This makes all the difference in the world. Hats off to NE Glenn Widing Portland store.
