Recently purchased some carpet on special order. I could NOT ask for better service from the folks at the NW Omaha home depot!

Came in needing two shelving units. When I got to the correct aisle, there was one I could reach and an entire pallet up high that needed to be lowered by forklift. Patrick was the associate I approached for help. He was busy doing something else, but stopped to assist me. He said he would go find someone to lower the pallet. He came back once and said the forklift operator was on break. He didn’t stop there. He kept searching the store until he found someone to get the job done. That is true customer service!

Overall, a very poor experience with a Tuffshed purchase but manager Jodi has been great in listening, showing empathy and compassion, and committing to do all she can to ensure my relationship with Home Depot remains intact. Thank you Jodi!!

We have purchased home improvement products from Home Depot since 2001 when we bought our acreage, and have always received the best possible customer service and service from experienced, knowledgeable and helpful salespersons. We are especially pleased with the number of appliances available for view and the prices charged. Such an excellent store. Thank you!

Same as always. I found what I needed. I paid for it and left the store. Very fast. No waiting in line for anyone.

I needed a hose real to help to get my property ready for winter. I had help in locating what I could use

I placed an order online for curbside and days later checked and it had partially been cancelled by Home Depot. When I called they couldn't give me a reason, nor a status on the remainder of my order, I cancelled the rest and had trouble getting my refund for the entire unfulfilled order. After speaking with 3 representatives online and over the phone I kept getting the run around, I went in store and spoke with a Lead. She could not accurately issue the refund and complained about her job and was all over the place the entire encounter. She finally decided to offer to call me back once she resolved my refund but another 5 days later I had not been notified over the phone or online about refund status or any credits. I called to speak to the manager (5th person) at this point who couldn't offer any professionalism or assistance. She was reluctant to even take my order # and look up the status.

It’s less painful to go to the DMV then get a military discount at Hime Depot. Shop at Lowe’s if you’re a veteran. They make life much easier.

I was helped out of the way and beyond my expectations by Miss Jaimee J. She was very helpful ,courteous and very patiently answered all my questions. Just for the experience I had with her I would like visit this store again and again.

I bought a gas grill couple weeks ago and the whole time I was in there I was treated like I was a millionaire even though I am not I love this experience when I walk in the door every time.

I ordered online and an hour or so later, I received an email thanking me for picking up my product. Usually I go to the counter and they fetch my product. I guess now, they simply put the product is some vending machine-like containers outside. SOOOO, I went through the complaint process and eventually ended up with the manager, Carrie?, not sure. She said that I picked it up 15 minutes after I ordered it. I told her NO WAY, and I would not pay. She said that they have video to show who picked up my product, but she hadn't seen it yet. Later, she called and said that I was off the hook and would be given a refund. They found that the product was still in the outside container and hadn't been picked up at all. I am still steamed about this. Stupid mistake on NW Omaha's Home Depot. Won't use online anymore for shopping there.

Dylan Hughes and Trevor went up and above to make my shopping experience rewarding. Both were polite, smiled, and were professional.

HUSBAND AND I WERE DOING DIY PLNTER POLE WITH LIGHTS. I HAD ORDER ONLINE TO PICK UP, BE QUICKER BUT WE GOT THERE WE HAVE TO CANCEL OR EXCHANGE EVEN ADD MORE ITEMS. KERRI WAS WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, HELPING US WHICH AISLE WAS NEEDED TO GET SUPPLIES AND CANCEL 2 ITEMS ON MY ONLINE ORDER EXCHANGE FOR BIGGER ITEMS AND DEVON CHECK US OUT WITH NO PROBLEMS WITH ONLINE ORDER AND NEW PURCHASE.
