This store is in my neighborhood and is my go-to place for many things. I appreciate the friendliness of the greeters and everyone and their eagerness to help my shopping to be a success. The store is always clean.

The store is great and clean. Ron in plumbing was super helpful, he went above and beyond what I expected. I needed some very specific cuts to a 4" pvc pipe ( there was no pvc cutter available for that size) Ron hand cut the pipe for me to make sure I got what I needed. Customer service like what I received from Ron is very unusual these days. Thank you Ron!

I was very impressed that two employees, Charles and Landen went above and beyond in assisting me in the cutting, loading, and purchase of wood yesterday. Very impressive service! Thank you!

The manager,John, was so helpful today when I returned a GE Dehumidifier that was under warranty but no longer worked. He made sure to refund my money and find a comparable one at the original price I had paid for the first one. He even took it out to my car for me!! All the employees that I dealt with today were friendly and helpful. I will definitely continue to shop at this location!

Cashier Shyann was very helpful getting the items I needed and helped me out by saving me a trip to another store, saving me time and on top of that helped me get a deal that was online. Great employees very freindly!

The checkout girl in the outside plant area was a sweetheart! So friendly and helpful. Really made me feel special as a customer. Also, on her own (without me asking for them) she went and grabbed plant trays for my smaller plants to make them easier to carry and put in my car. Her name is Shatica Taler. A dear! Give that girl a raise!!!!

Another successful shopping trip at my favorite Home Depot store. Even saved $75 on my purchase by opening a new credit card account on the spot.

Upon arriving at the Home Depot I was greeted by a friendly employe 3 separate times before I even got to the Outdoor Tools Department which was my destination. While looking for a new weed eater the Manager Brandon went out of his way to show me the Milwaukee M18 weed eater and explained how it worked and the benefits of purchasing it. Seems like a very well ran store with very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional staff who put the customer first.

Do not waste your time. They lie to you and cal you an idiot for believing what they tell you. Rude staff and no supply chain management.

After not finding the products at the L street store, we drove further to the Maple street store and found everything, along with very helpful employees. This was the last hour of the night, and all 4 employees that we talked to were pleasant and helpful, especially with the heavy lifting and loading! This visit was worth the drive, and is my new favorite Home Depot store.

These guys/gals are always friendly. I'm never frustrated or irritated with the experience at Home Depot.

Ordered a $1,000 shower door that was supposed to be in in two weeks. Took 4 weeks missing pieces. Complained 4 times before being told to go online an order and pay for a second door and they would let me take the missing pieces and then I could get a refund for one of the doors. Or I could return what I had and get a refund. Would anybody in their right mind order and pay and wait for a second door to come in based on the experience of the first door?
