Service was amazing when we went to purchase the tree

Usual great store experience. Associates are always friendly and polite, willing to help with a ready smile. No difficulty in choosing product brand as associates are quite knowledgeable.

The store was well lit and the aisles were uncluttered. I was impressed with the holiday selection. I was impressed with the availability of the items in the store and found it uncomplicated. I recently was in the store in the paint department and the associate was so helpful and there was such a large selection of colors to choose from. That particular visit I had associate assistance and they were more than helpful; they walked me to the aisle I needed to look for the product and showed me exactly where it was and answered questions respectfully and helpfully. I definite will be shopping at the Nanuet Home Depot in the near furture.

Even post Black Friday, the store remained stocked with all the advertised Hot Buys. Yes, the store was a bit of a mess from all the shoppers but mostly everything was in a location that it was supposed to be in. Some of the items in the middle isles were not priced, but with a little bit of walking, the advertised price was found in the correct area. For the on hand inventory, a winning point.

It took a while to get the attention of the associate at the customer service counter, as the store, and he, were very busy. But when I asked him where to find the item I was looking for, he immediately told me which aisle to go to, with a smile. The item I was looking for was in stock & easy to find.

I needed assistance with purchasing a hot water heater and was helped by Martin at the Customer Service Desk. He greeted me with a smile, directed me to where I needed to find the product and then processed the purchase. Throughout this, he was professional and courteous. This is not the birthday present I wanted to purchase for myself, but Martin made it easier than I expected. Thank you Martin.

I often ship on line and then pick up what I ordered at the front desk, that is a MASSIVE time saving benefit to me. When I do purchase something in the store itself, associates have been very helpful, almost never point, nearly always walk me to what I'm looking for. Splitting the customer server and internet order pick up into two separate desks is a MASSIVE value, both lines much much faster, especially the pick up line for on-line purchases. Home Depot has specific products I am seeking that competing stores do not care, specific examples, in the past 6 months I purchased a Toro Personal Pace Self Propelled 4WD lawnmower, and a Toro Personal Pace Hybrid 1/2 Stage Snow Blower, that were only available at Home Depot. Based on the past 6 to 12 months experiences, you have won me over from Lowes, everything about Home Depot is better, faster, more efficient, more helpful, etc. Your financing, 6 months on the lawn mower, 12 on the snow blower, exceptional, I needed them at the beginning of their respective seasons, and the interest free financing made it much easier to contain in my budget. One suggestion, when I go to the garden center, usually to purchase propane refills, that line is always slow, you could use more cashiers there. This did not stop me from giving Home Depot top ratings. The how often do you visit the store question is tough, in the past 7 days I've been there 3 times, I go whenever I need something, but I could also go 2 months without needing anything, but I'm guessing an average of once a week overall.

If you have a project big or small, Home Depot is the store to go to. The staff is so helpful and pleasant I have been inspired to take on a first time flooring project at age 51. I'm making Home Depot my partner in making this project successful. Thanks in advance HD staff, we got this. Game on!

They have everything you need. Very reliable staff, and cost effective prices.

Everything is generally neatly placed and labeled allowing me the facility of sometimes finding products without the help of store associates.

James in the window area was extremely helpful and patient throughout our whole window ordering process. Had a lot of windowa and a complicated project and he assisted us many times to get it right. Great service!

Store was clean but was a joke trying to find help. Your online home depot said the store had the item (4of them) when I got there they said they had none. Associate and cashier. Said don't use website it is always wrong.

I ran into 2 floor associates (Hamid & Virginia "GiGi") & looking for what I needed. Both were extremely helpful and made sure I found what I needed. They helped me and answered all my questions. Two cashiers (Martin & Dasia) at checkout were also both very helpful and friendly.

It helped A LOT that I used the website to narrow down my choices/answer questions re: features plus check store availabilty before visiting the local store. There was a while to wait while locating store personnel, but when I did get someone, they stayed until I had everything on my list.

When I entered the store I headed towards isle 1 where I thought they would keep the paper towels There was a female associate available and she gave me great direction to the merchandise I was seeking. I thanked her and headed to the self help check out where I was approached by the available associate at the checkout which made the process very short...you know we men we like to get in and out fast, which was GREAT!!!

Store is clean and bright. There could be more associates to help you and more registers open. Otherwise no other complaints!
