I went to my local Home Depot Store to process what I thought would be a simple quick return of an online Fathers Day gift. It seems that the online return policy is different from the in store 90 day policy. It also varies by the vendor providing the item you purchase. After an hour, various levels of management including website support needed to assist. I still have not received the credit. The employees lack knowledge in customer support and assistance. Store is dirty. Would not recommend shopping here since it is not worth the headache. If you do, pack your patience.

You need to sort through lumber and building materials. A lot of the material Home Depot buys is not the best quality. Store employees are not familiar with their products.

Just went to Home Depot in Nanuet a couple of days ago and purchased several items there, The store staff was very friendly and helpful. I opened a sore credit card and saved $25.

Excellent store and sales person are very cordial, friendly and very professional to help customer .

Store now better clean than last year

This store is stocked better and has much nicer employees than the home depot in west nyack at the palisades mall. The parking lot is nice and curbside pick up spots are clearly marked.

I was very pleased with the excellent customer service my husband and I received today from the following people Rosa at the service desk, Matthew in Flooring, Marco a manager and John in gardening.

Stood at paint counter with no other customers waiting for 3 guys to finish their conversation and notice me. They made eye contact but made no effort to step over and assist me. Left the counter and grabbed other items on my list. Went back to paint counter and now the 2 guys were still talking and ignored me again. Not sure what their deal was but these employees were useless. As the only customer anywhere near the area you would think they could have spent a few minutes to assist me. I guess their arms folded while chit chatting amongst themselves was the body language telling me go away. As a Pro Account holder this really ruined my shopping experience.

I had flooring installed by Home Depot. The installation was done incorrectly. Nobody at the installer or at Home Depot is willing to take responsibility and fix the issue. I will never set foot in a Home Depot again

Store was clean and well organized! Associates were visible and ready to assist you, which is very important to me! Every associate I encountered was friendly and knowlegable and actually appeared to enjoy their work, which is rare these days! I had a great experience in choosing my patio door!

I rated a 3star because they did not have lots of supplies I needed, but the staff is so friendly and helpful service is very good

This store is conveniently located off of the interstate The store doesn't seem to always have the highest inventory, maybe a COVID issue, but does have an extremely cordial staff

Nick Hall was amazing with helping out getting a propane tank at closing time, should alot of patience and a willingness to help a customer, great service!

Manager Evelyn went and above and beyond to make our experience amazing and assist us with our shopping needs she’s a great asset to the company and I’m so thankful she was there today to assist

I dove 45 minutes to get to this store, and was definitely impressed. The staff were very courteous and cordial beyond my comprehension. Everyone seems ready to assist even before you ask. The customer service is magnanimous, I will certainly revisit that store. Keep up the excellent work everyone. Quite obviously you won't feel lost or stranded as someone is always eager to assist you. The store is very clean, items are fully organized and displayed and easy to find. Excellent team.

All three associates I dealt with gave me immediate assistance and the store was really busy.

Nanuet Home Depot is a great store to shop. Stock is there, store is organized. Lawn and Garden has good items also. Most of the store associates know the products. That is important when asking info and trying to find products. The check out lines are fine.

This has been my favorite HD. Always get there what I need and do get assistance when I need one.
